And the problem has always gone away following their visit. I have have dealt with the owner John, as well as, Julie in the office and Nick in the field. I would recommend any of them. Being in Oklahoma and owning several rent houses and commercial buildings we see it all. They have helped us with everything from snakes in one of our basements to a family of raccoons to termites, wasps and bed bugs. They are extremely thorough and we have yet to have a reoccurrence after their visit. With the termites and bug beds I like that they have green, natural products that seem to work great. With some companies I worry that the solution might be worst than the problem. I do not like the ideas of heavy toxins in my house, business and definitely not beds. Each visit they took the time to explain what they use and why it works. This was reassuring. I do not remember all they said, but for example, the chemical they use to treat bed bugs is used in food production and safe to for us to eat . . . but clearly deadly for the bed bugs. If you need pest control, I would not hesitate to call them. They are my go-to solution for my properties.
