About a month later, I checked my insurance account and saw that the clinic had billed $2,286, and the claim had already been finalized for about two weeks. I called the clinic to follow up on my $350 reimbursement. The staff member who answered initially told me the insurance claim was still pending, which conflicted with the information from my insurance. After I explained what I saw on my account, she said she would check with the billing department and call me back the next day--but I did not feel confident in the communication or transparency of the process. While the facility itself looks clean and professional, my first impression was not positive. I came in simply hoping to learn more about IUI/IVF options before moving forward, but the experience left me feeling uncomfortable during the consultation because it seemed like the doctor was more focused on promoting IVF rather than fully discussing my situation and options. Additionally, I did not receive any results from the blood tests or ultrasound performed during my visit. Overall, not the level of service or clarity I was expecting for such an important and sensitive journey.

I had a baby a Redlands Community Hospital on July 31st 2019 and it was a terrible experience,…read moremainly due to my docotor: Radmila Runic, MD. Having this doctor deliver my son was a horrible experience. I luckily didn't have to meet her until I was literally pushing my son out but just those short few minutes were enough to make me hate her. Apparently during pushing my sons heartrate was decelerating...but of course I wouldn't know that because of her terrible communication skills. She spoke to her staff only, not me or my husband making a bad situation so much worse. I could tell there was a sense of urgency and the only thing she said to me is to hurry up and push him out quickly. This was my first birth and I had no idea what I was doing so I tried my best..apparently my best was not good enough and she criticized the way I pushed without offering any solutions. She got out the vacuum and yelled at me to focus and push, causing me to panic and they needed to put me on oxygen to keep me and baby calm. The cherry on top- She yelled my name and as I looked her in the eyes , confused, scarred, trying to push out my son, she said" Do you want your baby to die! Push!" all the while having no damn clue what was going on because she never bothered to explain the circumstances. When my son was delivered she immediately tried to deliver the placenta without my consent and started to push hard on my stomach while sticking her hand inside of me.. That is not okay. I wasn't even given the option to deliver it myself even though my son was perfectly fine and so was I. When I cried out in pain she looked annoyed and continued without explaining what she was even doing. I had a minor tear which she wanted to stitch up without any nerve block but thank goodness my nurse advocated for me and gave her something to numb me up. Overall, she was terrible and ruined my entire birth experience. It was very traumatic and for months, just thinking about it would lead me to tears and distress. I will never go to another hospital that has her on staff, if they condone that type of behavior then they are complicit to her cruelty.

If you…read morebelieve the same thing believe me when i say Dr, Runic is very kind, knowledgeable and quick to diagnose you with plenty of tests. when i first met her she was kind of quiet, but i didn't realize i was a first time patient and as a Dr it's her job to listen and not talk( not right away any how ) right now i am TTC aand i feel extremely comfortable talking with her. i saw two stars from some other site and almost fell into the belief of she wasn't great. until i asked questions about her and the nurse informed me how she have many access to different hospitals and not many Dr's have that priviledge. From what i hear she is a great surgeon also. her staff is very friendly she very friendly and she wears the cutes shoes. so its nice to have a nice OBGYN
