beware: this place will be a preferred provider for your insurance for many years, and then suddenly change without any notification. They will allow you to continue an appointment, then you're stuck with the bill all while paying your premiums already. i've never had to continue to ask if any office is a preferred provider until now. personal lesson learned for a lack of customer service. read more

Growing up I had a pervy male dentist that placed the dental tools on your chest-even as an adult, so when I graduated college I sought out a female dentist that would treat me with respect. Fast forward to 2013, and I found Dr Bethany Geyman by seeing her name on a building and now she's joined by Dr Cranfill. I am happy with the cleanings and have had two crowns with no complaints. It was an adjustment for me to have same day crowns vs waiting for one for a week or so, but the haven't noticed a difference in quality between the crown I had before I moved to Indiana and the two I got after I arrived. Nothing but great things to say about my dentist. See you in July for my next cleaning! read more

I switched dentists this past year to Dr. Geyman after more than 15 years with my last dentist. I switched because my last dentist hadn't updated any tech in that time and it was like a visit to my dentist as a kid. Stepping into Dr. Geyman's office was a complete change. From the modern and welcoming front office, to the outgoing, but not overwhelming staff, and to where it counts--good dentistry, this operation is top notch. As another reviewer notes, the tech is the top, and it's put to good use. I know my mouth has had the best inspection and care it ever has, and the digital xrays have exposed me to less radiation than I previously received, and we got more pictures in the process. More services with Dr. Geyman than my last dentist, and every bit of it has been covered by my insurance and I haven't had to fill out any insurance forms other than the initial intake forms. They even had an appointment set up for me by the time my teeth were cleaned so I didn't even have to stand around and get that taken care of. Efficiency at its best. read more

My filling she put in and fell out after 2 years (it was done in 2012). When I called Geyman to tell her about it, I was told I would have to pay for a replacement! There was no way I was going to go back to her. I found another dentist to fix her work. Now, a crown she put in my mouth (also done in 2012) fell out this past February, it was worse than the first! The tooth underneath was bad...she should have never put a crown on it. It should have had an implant. I moved away from Indiana and had to get her work fixed again. This time I had to have it pulled and a bone graft done. It was so painful especially since I had been suffering for years with pain from her work. Now my husband's crown she put on in 2012 fell out today!!! This is unacceptable! She is over priced and her staff is rude. She does not guarantee her work!!! BEWARE!!!! read more

It's actually taken me years to write this review because I just wanted to let it go and not have to think about what she did to my teeth. However, I'm gently reminded every time one of her crowns shatters (all since which have been replaced by a real dentist) or yet another one of my fillings falls out. In short, she told me I needed a ridiculous amount of fillings and crowns which I agreed to... because why would she lie... right? I agreed to the dental work, which resulted in 4 root canals because she drilled to deep. The endodontist felt so bad for me he actually did one pro bono. Roughly 6 months after her initial work (approx 7 fillings and FIVE crowns) each crown individually shattered. Once when I was eating scrambled eggs. I myself am a medical professional and at this point was a 27 year old who had regular dental visits. Yes, I'll admit I had silver fillings in all my back teeth, but none which were giving me a problem until she convinced me to change them out or turn them into crowns. I repeatedly called her office complaining of sharp stabbing nerve pain. I was given a steroid dose pack, which was temporary... and a script for narcotics. After repeated complaints of continued oral pain she started to treat me like a drug seeker. Finally, I was referred to the endodontist who told me that I needed root canal therapy. This whole ordeal cost me close to $10,000 out of pocket along with the actual physical pain she caused. I'll make it clear she offered to fix all my crowns that broke for free, but I told her I wouldn't let her come near me with a 10 foot pole. I also wrote a detailed report to the better business bureau initially after all this happened. Nothing came out of it because it's just deemed "bad dentistry." read more

LUCKILY for me I only went to this quack once or twice before I realized this establishment does very shoddy dental work. Overpriced too!!!! They will make you feel like a druggie when you ask for pain pills. They do unnecessary work to generate money like doing entire upper or lower fillings. But most egregious of all is their crowns! Beware!! The crowns do not last! They made it in the office instead of sending off for one. Then the crown crumbles or falls out. It's highway robbery and malpractice!!! I loved my first visit to Dr. Geyman's office. Lori was efficient and thorough. They have the top technology and offer free whitening trays for new patients. I find it unfortunate that I am having to write a poor review for Bethany Geyman. For the past 10 months the Bethany Geyman office could not find a way to work with my insurance company to process a claim. The fault lies both at the Insurance Company and at Bethany Geymans Office. The level of incompetence on both sides forced me to get involved and resolve the matter. When I finally knew what was going one I reacted immediately. Unfortunately it was not quick enough. I just received notice that the Bethany Geyman Office has returned the insurance check because they have already turned me into collections. All I have to say is, Ridiculous ladies and gentlemen. I went to Dr. Betheny Geyman's office for the first time today. I just moved to town, so I was looking for a new dentist. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I love the fact that you can fill out all of your new patient paperwork online. This is so much better & faster than sitting in the waiting room with a pen & clip board. Getting an appointment was very easy as well. I didn't have to wait for weeks for an opening in her schedule. Highly recommend! read more

Went to her for a couple of years. She made thousands off me. My biggest problem was after she put a crown, which fell, then fell again, and again, and again - it happened over half a dozen times. At the last appointment, she said "oh, I saw you on the schedule and I thought, "oh, no, I hope it's not the crown again!"" Me neither. But it was. Husband had the same experience. Would never recommend her for anything but a cleaning. Yes, she's got a new office and good equipment. It doesn't matter, however, because that made no difference in the quality of work I received. Try Dr. Hasewinkle instead. He's a true pro and his crowns are UNbelievable! Definitely worth the drive to Fishers. read more
