The number was an old home number I haven't had for over 15 years, but the email came through fine - she should have emailed sooner! They canceled my order and never ran my card, but it was so late in the day when I received the email and spoke with them, I couldn't arrange for flowers to be delivered until the next day, and my friend's mother was gravely ill... The lady I spoke with never really apologized, and she acted like it was my fault I expected flowers from this far away to be delivered an hour away. I told her I was trying to shop locally, and usually, florists would subcontract out closer to the delivery address. She said she had never heard of such a thing.
