He is exemplary in his manner, professionalism, product and color recommendations, as well as honest discussions about what can and cannot be accomplished on a 20 yo somewhat neglected exterior. Soon thereafter the teams appear. Each individual is as hard working and equally qualified and capable as the next. They arrive each morning and quietly set up. Step one is to clean - and sand rough spots - on the exterior of our home. They removed fixtures and meticulously taped windows and electrical outlets and vents. They work tirelessly and are never seen standing around. Each evening they pack up and the lawn looks as though they had never been here. Despite periods of heavy rain they worked through it whenever possible. Ryan was our team leader and directed workflow and answered all our questions. He made necessary adjustments as needed and resolved problems as they were discovered. They seamlessly finessed and blended several areas where wood was damaged and the end result was perfect. He and Jake were here each day and both were simply excellent. Our house looks amazing. I have already referred them to local friends who have also hired them. As a side note they also have a diverse team of professionals including carpenters and roofers. (Our roof will soon be replaced by them too). No matter how many last minute changes I asked him to do (with literally not much time at all to get it done) he did so with a smile. He never complained and if we had annoyed him (which any sane person would have been) he never showed it. I can not thank him enough for the relentless days and nights he spent to make our dream come true! Most late nights, he worked by himself knowing his crew had families they needed to get home to. He and his wife never made us feel anything less than equals/friends. I never actually met his wife, but if Josh was unable to get to his phone if we called, she had no problem with us having their house number so she could relay messages for us. I didn't even realize how much their family was/had gone through until after Josh finished our dream and we were gloating to owners of a nearby store. Who happened to know Josh and his wife's story. The love that family has for each other even after how much his poor wife had gone through, just proves my point, Josh would bend over backwards for anyone he cared for. His wife is strong and even after we found out what she had gone through, never once complained about him working late.
