They were thorough, they worked with my insurance, and most importantly I felt like they genuinely cared. I hadn't seen a dentist in a decade, literally. And I had some cavities and Dr. Bethel was so sweet; he reassured me before we started (I was being a real whimp about it!) And he kept checking during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and not in pain. And I could tell he appreciated his staff- In my profession I've worked with a lot of doctors and there is always a direct correlation in how well a doctor treats his staff and how much they care about their patients. I was seen quickly. The staff was very friendly to me. They were concerned with whether or not I was in pain. I received an assessment, X-rays, had a cleaning, and my broken tooth was repaired (along with the cavity that caused it). The hygienist was great and so was the dentist. They seemed to aim towards my comfort and meeting my needs. They accepted my insurance, and I paid what I felt was fair price for all that I received. Hope this is helpful.

I honestly thought that they were great up until some overly sensitive employees took offense when I was not smiling and overly joyous during a visit and decided to lie and proclaim that I was unhappy and possibly angry about a copay which was only $30! I never once expressed discomfort or anger about the copay. The manager Ann called me and was very dismissive claiming that she's going to stand behind her staff and then offered to cancel all of my upcoming appointments without my asking her to do so. They also cancelled my husband's upcoming appointments without his consent or knowledge. AWFUL experience with this clinic and I do NOT recommend them! They do not care about their patients AT ALL!
