I went inside to tell the man at the front desk I was overloaded by their team. I was not going to pay the difference and asked to trade the additional yards I was given for clean wood chips for a playground. Man behind the desk says sure, tells me to pull back to get loaded. After waiting 15 mins to be loaded I had to go inside AGAIN to ask to be loaded. Man called not 1 but 2 people back to load me up with chips. Upon this happening, I went inside to see the difference in price if I owed them or was going to have money coming back to me. Man, then asks me again how many chips I was loaded with. I confirmed 2 1/2 yards, which is what I returned from being overloaded by his team. The man then looks at me, hops on the phone and asks them how much they loaded me with. They then confirmed 2 1/2 yards (exactly wtf I asked for.) Then hangs up the phone and proceeds to look at me and says, "I guess you weren't lying." Then proceeds to ask if I wanted my 52. cent refund. If you want shit ass customer service and a company that doesn't know wtf they're doing, feel free to shop here or give these idiots a call. Don't expect to get any money owed back to you either as they ask if you ever want your refund. Will never come back here and will be sure to tell all of my clients to steer clear of this shit hole.

There are so many rocks (not small) and pieces of plastic (hard and soft) in this supposedly screened topsoil. I am very disappointed and will not be using them again. You will not be able to go out the same way you came in, so pay attention to the map you get when you enter. We purchased 15 Yew bushes, and paid around $250. These are about as close to wholesale prices as you will ever get during their Memorial Day sale. I was impressed by how organized the yard was, and by the sheer variety of landscaping items. The staff is friendly and patient and super busy, so bring a little extra patience with you when you come- it's worth it!
