There's never anything to sanitize things down before or after use of machines. Upholstery is broken on about 50% of the equipment. Water fountain has rust on it, and mold. The bathrooms are never stocked or clean. The showers are a biohazard in and of itself. There is always cancellations of the classes they provide. They do not offer any services advertised like karate classes, and pilates. they do not have a chiropractor on site, they fired her. The spa is not run by licensed cosmetologists, the cafe is always dirty and unkept. There is rust in the indoor pool, the therapy pool seat is corroding, which is terrible as it is used for transport of disabled individuals in and out of the pool. There is never anyone on management wise that can offer answers to my questions. Seems they just fired them all, as the three that were there when i signed up are now no longer employed. I want to warn anyone to this gym, as it's dirty, overpriced, and they serve alcohol? It's the owners nightclub on steroids, more than a serious venue to work out. The last year has been rough. There's not many classes. And if you work later than 5 pm, you're not making a class. I once showed up to a Friday morning spin class only for the instructor to say she couldn't work the speakers and then canceled it! A lot of spin instructors have come and gone. Doug and Rachel were the best but Doug has now since left. So to pay $50 a month only for a couple classes a week is a lot. I have not renewed my membership and have since joined a new gym that is cheaper and gives me so many more options.

The only reason for one less star is because we had an active duty military family member visiting over the holidays who wanted to work out at the facility in preparation for an upcoming overseas deployment. When asked if there were any applicable discounts for a daily or weekly pass, we were told it was non-negotiable - only one price. With the variety of discounts offered to employees and their families, senior citizens, and young people, we were very disappointed that the facility was not willing to offer any similar accommodations for any service members. Although the fee is standard for members and their guests, it seems that a business of this caliber should be accommodating to those who serve our country. It has made us reconsider our memberships for the upcoming year, since there are many other facilities in the area who would be willing to offer this small gesture out of principle.
