They did a great job with the flowers I ordered, they were beautiful! I would order from them again.

I would give Beth's Designs 0 stars if I could. We spent $400 for a large casket spread for my brother's funeral, only for it to show up almost 2 and a half hours AFTER she had promised she would deliver it to the funeral home. 30 minutes after my brother's funeral started. We called twice and left voicemails both times (neither one she responded to), and sent my uncle to her shop to ask where it was. No one came to the door when he knocked. When they finally delivered the casket spread 30 minutes late, the owner sent someone else to deliver them then very quickly left. No apologies or anything to my family. It's one thing to be a little late delivering for a birthday or something (still no excuse for it unless you've given the customer a heads up), but a funeral? While our family was mourning, the last thing we needed was panic over where my brother's casket spread was. Talk about rude and unprofessional!! I ordered flowers for a client and they never delivered them. When I contacted them, she said they leave them on the porch due to covid. I said no, they have cameras and nothing was left. She said so take your business elsewhere. So, I did. Then I saw she never credited me for the arrangement that never arrived. Today I called to have her give me my money back. She got nasty (big surprise) and said I had to call the Flowershop Network and then hung up on me!!!! How is this person still in business????? Order flowers here ONLY If you expected to be disappointed. My children ordered flowers for my birthday as a surprise on Friday to be delivered on to my summer home on Saturday. They wanted to support a small town owner. They got a message on Saturday morning that the ordered was canceled. When my son called to find out why- their explanation was..... they decided not to deliver any flowered in Saturday. Beth's Designs told him that they may be able to deliver on Monday or Tuesday, but they weren't sure. Really deliver several days after my birthday????? No apologies. This company isn't professional and doesn't have good or even decent customer service. Never again......shoppers be aware....my recommendation go to a national name florist as they don't disappoint!!! read more

I ordered flowers on a Friday morning, thinking I was ordering from the store and asking for them to be delivered that afternoon. They never arrived. I called 3 times between 4p and 430p, no answer. I left voicemail on last call. No return call. I called Saturday 6 times, no answer. Left 2 voicemail, no return call. Monday morning I called and no answer and left 3rd voicemail. I called later Monday morning and the grumpier lady answered. She did not care if I was cancelling or why. Wouldn't answer my questions except to say I needed to call Flower Shop Network. My order went through FSN and then sent to Beth's Designs. I called FSN and cancelled order and by that afternoon had an email saying I was being refunded. 11 phone calls and 3 voicemail is unprofessional. read more

I chose Beth's designs because they were a local florist, instead of ordering from an on line FTD. My arrangement did not show up at the funeral home, and when I went to the shop to find out why, the staff was very rude and indifferent to me. They explained they rejected my order because they didn't have the ivy I wanted, and that the website should have told me that. The website actually gave me a confirmation and a delivery date. When I told them that, they said, Well, you won't get charged. No apology, no kindness whatsoever, and in fact one of the staff persons wouldn't even turn around and look at me. They obviously couldn't have cared less to have my business that day or in the future, as they simply went back to what they were doing and left me standing there. They never once said they were sorry for the inconvenience or that my family's sympathy was not represented with our arrangement. Next time I'll just order from the on line, big corporate company. read more
