I've bought a sewing machine from them and was treated great. They've got THE best selection of thread anywhere. I've also had great experience with repairs and great advice when I've had a sewing machine issue. They are local and not a huge corporate conglomerate. They support the local sewing/quilting guilds and I appreciate them all the more for that. If I could I'd turn my review up to 11.
