Our last straw was recently trying to do a direct health call for our very sick son & the response back from the office ladies only concern was our past due bill of $75. Instead of asking about what was wrong or "we can definitely help, however you do have this outstanding bill that needs to be paid..." The only concern and back and forth, was paying that bill. She never did. Instead, I had to call them back three times, and when I finally got ahold of them. The receptionist informed me that Dr. Kut would NOT see me because I have a history of controlled substances -whatever that is. I had gone to a doctor who prescribed me something for sleep. I guess THAT was the controlled substance. My old doctor died, so I have to see a new doctor. And Dr Kut would have been him. I was dismissed without further explanation, unable to speak to the doctor himself, and hung up on. Doctors have to right to refuse patients, but let me warn you: if you ever complain about any doctor, his staff, your treatment, or anything else, they can AND will refuse to see you -no matter how legitimate your claim, despite your medical condition, prescription coverage, insurance, or otherwise (anything short of an emergency) and lawyers will represent them -not you, because they have the money. And they call that lawful.

There was a lack of communication somewhere and she was never told about me. I sat in that room for 50 minutes. Meanwhile my husband, who dropped me off, was in the parking lot waiting. He became concerned because of my current medical condition. He tried to ask if I was ok and was told several times they didn't know about me and couldn't give out any patient information. It's bad enough during this time of Covid there could be a little bit more sympathy for my husband who couldn't be with me. I found the technician at the door screening to be quite heartless and someone more compassionate could put people more at ease. So, they move to this nice, new building, so much more space for patients & physicians alike, but no one is actually treating the patients!! In fact, David Kocenda, a p.a within this office does not know the difference between guidelines & rules. He completely refuses to treat patients, but continues to see them &of course charge. Incredibly disappointing, I wouldn't suggest anyone going here, unless you truly have no other option in the entire world.
