He even let me take my cushions home and try them to make sure they were the correct firmness. When they turned out to be a little too firm I was able to take them back in and he made them a little softer for me. I think I was able to bring them home 2 or 3 times until they were the way that I wanted them... and I hadn't even paid him yet I'd only put a deposit down. He truly cares about his customers!!! If you have a tear in your leather or deep scratches from a dog, this is the guy to go to. He is the only one in the Quad Cities area that does the deep hard stuff to fix leather. He goes to the furniture stores and is very very busy. I used him and he was great. Just because you are a LOSER and made one phone call doesn't mean you should trash someone because you don't even know them. This guy is WONDERFUL!!!!!

The workmanship wasn't good either...trust them not.

She called back in 20 minutes and said he would come to take a look at the unit within the next 2 hours. He came in 1 1/2 hours, tried restarting the refrigerator but it only ran for a few minutes; he had checked on electronic board availability and they are no longer stocked by the company. . He measured my refrigerator, gave me a suggestion when I asked, where to go to buy a new one. I thought he was highly responsive, polite, helpful even if he could not repair the unit.

The overall job was good but we had some issues. After they laid the floor my two front doors would not open because the floor was too high. They had to end up taking the doors out and redo the trim and then put them back in. The guys dented my frig when they used a furniture mover to pull it out and scratched the floor. The piece that they glued to the step and transition strip had to be reglued. The supervisor that came out was great and fixed everything. The end project was ok but it was really stressful. I think the guys were all subcontractors. I would probable not use them except for carpet.
