Total would've been over $3300... The good... I told/asked him to split the difference and call it 15. Settled on 16 hours. I felt better but still ended up being $2625... The great... the craftsmanship... The table came out great. Looks beautiful. The kicker was he told me he's been doing this for 50 years and he's 73 and this is his living... My response was if you're at this 50 years you should be able to have a more accurate estimate. The word approximately means close to but not exact... Does NOT mean double and hose the customer.

Steve and I have been wanting to do a beach themed room for a very, very long time and were trying to get ideas as to how and what kind of decor we wanted to make that happen.
