You can tell that they take time and care with what they stock and how they set up their displays. I find that my favorite booths get restocked often with an array of new treasures. I've purchased beautiful original art, handmade ceramic pottery, a gorgeous Persian rug and many more one of a kind pieces. This is my go to place whenever I'm looking for unique home decor or a special gift. The off putting.. the staff is usually so helpful and kind but there is one employee (Kerry) that can be outright nasty to customers. I witnessed her make disparaging remarks about another customer. She did this in earshot of my mother and I and then acted like the other customer had personally offended her or done something wrong when they asked for a discount on a damaged item from her booth. She then proceeded to speak to my mother about why her nasty remark was justified. It was gross and I hope that the owner of the store reads this review and is able to address Kerry's nasty attitude. The other complaint is when you see an item with a thrift store price tag right next to the vendors highly inflated price tag. So tacky! I do highly recommend this store but I also hope they can address these issues.

Delivery was made on a Rainy Friday evening at almost 6pm. Delivery team seemed to be in a hurry to get going. Assembled the bed, brought in the mattress, not wrapped in the protective plastic it comes with, and before you knew it, they were on their way. When we looked at our new mattress, my wife saw that the mattress was dropped outside (unwrapped) and was sopping WET.....in addition, the bed was missing a bolt and was not assembled properly. Service department handled it OK, we got our new mattress a month later. They guaranteed the fact that we will never shop there again. Hire delivery people who care about the customer experience.

So as I was removing all of the cushion covers yesterday to put them in the washer I decided - I've had enough! Get the car keys - we're getting a new couch! Jon agreed to drive me but said "You have to sleep on it." We stopped at Front Line Furnishings and they had a really large selection, we even found a couch to consider. The staff was really friendly and helpful too! Then we pulled into the lot of Thomasville and I knew that I was entering the high-price haven of furniture. Of course no one took a second look at the girl in the 'house-cleaning' clothes. The salespeople actually looked us up and down and walked in the other direction. Jon and I made our loop around the store, gawking at the $2800 sofas. Then...there it was...my couch! The couch I had been mourning for three years! And guess what? the whole set was ON CLEARANCE! I looked at Jon who nodded. I found the closest salesperson, asked her when it could be delivered, and told her I'd take the set. Jon and I were practically doing a happy dance around the store! So as for the selection of living and dining room sets - Thomasville has the best selection. Bedrooms were a little over the top, think roman columns. The salespeople here are not helpful or friendly at all, that docks a star. And they can't deliver the furniture for a week, another star! (Seriously we live 10 minutes down the road!) Thursday, May 7th! I'll be enjoying 30 Rock from my new sofa - Hell Yeah!
