A friend sent me a text today to let me know they had the elusive Needoh wildcats in stock. I was at work, and they allowed me to pay over the phone and come pick them up and even stayed late because I got stuck in traffic. I was blown away by their kindness and patience. Not to mention the store is absolutely gorgeous and full of whimsical wonder! I can't wait to come back when they are open. Thank you Morgan House! My son is so happy!

I love so much about this store but there are a few things that are very off putting…read more The good.. There are some amazing vendors that have quality vintage pieces at very affordable prices. You can tell that they take time and care with what they stock and how they set up their displays. I find that my favorite booths get restocked often with an array of new treasures. I've purchased beautiful original art, handmade ceramic pottery, a gorgeous Persian rug and many more one of a kind pieces. This is my go to place whenever I'm looking for unique home decor or a special gift. The off putting.. the staff is usually so helpful and kind but there is one employee (Kerry) that can be outright nasty to customers. I witnessed her make disparaging remarks about another customer. She did this in earshot of my mother and I and then acted like the other customer had personally offended her or done something wrong when they asked for a discount on a damaged item from her booth. She then proceeded to speak to my mother about why her nasty remark was justified. It was gross and I hope that the owner of the store reads this review and is able to address Kerry's nasty attitude. The other complaint is when you see an item with a thrift store price tag right next to the vendors highly inflated price tag. So tacky! I do highly recommend this store but I also hope they can address these issues.

I was taken aback by the ultra-religious thing at first, but was accepting it because what I saw was that they were doing a lot for charity in africa. Upon returning home I came to the slightly baffling realization that that was not what they're doing. I'm actually really uncomfortable with the reality, now that I see it. Let me be clear... i'm an Atheist and a Secular Humanist, but I am IN NO WAY an antitheist. I respect people's faiths and understand the importance of it. However, I get a tad touchy about when it impedes on my body, my government, or my schools. I am fine with religion as a private institute, but don't like when it is pushed upon other people. Ergo when I realized that the 50% of sales going to africa statement had to do with money spent to build churches and not hospitals... I felt a little awkward. This place is cute. I am not denying that. It's great for someone who wants that ultra-religious vibe in their house. There are some really wonderful things there, and the prices are great. I honestly wouldn't hesitate to go back if I hadn't found out exactly what the charity they were contributing so significantly to. I wish I could give a place 3.5 stars.

I met the owner today and he is friendly, helpful, and very cool.
