They went back and forth to their truck several time and each time they removed the booties at my door then put them back in when they re-entered, I very much appreciated them doing this as I do not wear outside shoes in my home. They were both very polite and answered all questions asked. After installation was complete I was provided with a tutorial to ensure I understood the window's full operating mechanisms. I am very happy with the windows as well as the over all customer service. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the sale person was also pleasant to work with and offered to remove his shoes upon entering, I believe his name was Jeff.

Before they even took official measurements, we discovered major electrical issues in our home that were so dangerous they nearly caused a house fire at 2 a.m. on a Sunday night -- June 30th. Because of this, we have no choice but to sell our home for the safety of our family. Our house has turned out to have multiple hidden dangers -- bad plumbing, a failing roof, poor doors and windows, and now electrical work that was not up to code. My husband is an active duty military member, and we trusted Mr. Rogers Windows because they claim to be a "military-friendly" company. But when we explained our urgent situation and asked to cancel or at least transfer our contract to our new home -- something that should be reasonable since they haven't done official measurements or ordered parts -- they outright refused. Instead, they told us we'd still be forced to pay the entire $28,000 balance before we can sell our home. We are doing the right thing by making sure the house is up to code for the next family, because no one deserves to feel unsafe in their own home. All we asked was for a little understanding and flexibility from this company that claims to "support" the military. We are heartbroken and feel completely abandoned by Mr. Rogers Windows. They have shown no compassion, no willingness to help, and absolutely no loyalty to the military families they say they support. I do not recommend this company to anyone -- especially military families who expect honesty and understanding during hard times. We just wanted someone to care enough to do the right thing, and they chose not to.

Unfortunately, my experience before I could even purchase a new front door was extremely disappointing. I called on August 17 and scheduled an appointment for Thursday, August 20 at 5:00 p.m. We originally discussed Wednesday, but I was specifically told Wednesday was booked and Thursday was wide open. We arranged to leave work early and waited at home from about 4:45 until 6:00. No one showed up, called, or texted. I left a voicemail that evening and called again the next morning. When they couldn't find the appointment, I was actually asked whether I was sure I had scheduled it with Pella. I asked to speak with a manager. Later, a woman who identified herself as a project manager joined the conversation and said they had checked their schedules and couldn't find my appointment. What bothered me most wasn't even the scheduling mistake. Mistakes happen. It was how it was handled afterward. There was no real apology, no "let's see how we can fix this," and no effort to reschedule or earn my business. When I finally said I wasn't sure I wanted to do business with a company that couldn't keep track of its appointments, the project manager basically responded, "Well, you have a good day then," and ended the conversation. I expected Pella to say, "Something obviously went wrong. We're sorry. What can we do to make this right?" Instead, I felt dismissed. I was ready to spend money on a new front door and deliberately wanted to use a company in my neighborhood. After this experience, I'll be looking elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service from a company I expected much more from.

Reached out to several local companies but just getting an estimate seemed too much for them to handle. Anthony, owner, came out and provided several options with no hard up selling. So, like most I knew that trees overhead were causing most of problems by filling up the gutters with leaves and twigs. Unfortunately, every company that could install protected gutter systems were either too expensive, too shoddy, or both. After doing some good old fashion research, making phone calls and checking with the BBB, I made a rundown list. Pro Construction was at the top & my first call. Local, owner-operator, experienced, good tools, stands by his workmanship and did not low-ball his own prices just to get the business. And just as important, he called me back two hours later to setup a time to look at the property and give an official estimate. For a one man operation, I was impressed and was reminded of God's teachings. Mark 12:29-31 KJV Jesus answered him, "The first of all the commandments is: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.' This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these."

This mistake caused major damage and left me without AC -- not only an inconvenience but a massive, unexpected expense to repair. When the problem was diagnosed, I contacted Atlantic Craftsman to see if they would help cover a portion of the cost. I would not only need to repair the line they destroyed, but I would also need to have part of my roof taken off to access the pipe. They emailed me back saying that I was on my own and that they wouldn't cover ANY of the repairs. What's worse, the company showed little accountability. They didn't even acknowledge that they made a mistake or say sorry for the problems they caused me. I reached out again asking if they could at least provide me with some extra shingles since I would need to remove a portion of them to repair the pipe. They never responded to my emails or phone calls. The team on site also destroyed my plants and left nails everywhere (resulting in a popped car tire). If you're considering hiring them, beware. Their negligence ended up punishing me more than them.
