I was told there would be a project manager on site while the work was being done. Not only was the PM not on site at all except when the materials were dropped off, but I had to use Google translate to talk to the workers to ask questions because no one spoke English which made it difficult bringing up concerns. 2.) They busted one of my windows and cracked another. I brought it up and was told the windows would get replaced, but it's been over a month and they are still broken. 3.) Again it's been over a month and the leftover materials are still sitting in my yard. 4.) They also broke several planters and caused my power to go out which I normally wouldn't be upset about cause things happen and it was easy to cut back on but why not add this in with the rest of the complaints. If these things had been fixed, I wouldn't complain, but I've called several times over these 5 or so weeks and keep getting told it will be corrected within a few days, but it has not been. Considering the reviews they had, I expected much better.

Mr. Eric Fox was our Sales representative. He arrived on time, had an ID, introduced himself. His Sales presentation was excellent and was a credit to this company. He was courteous, complete, knowledgeable and gained our interest. He impressed us, stepped outside to give us time to decide. ( I don't like pushey Salesmen ). We invited him back in and proceeded to make the purchase. The crew led by Mikey, Ivan and Arrow arrived on time. They began to remove the front complete front door in closure and one did the same to the Kitchen Window. The men arrived on time, producing ID, introduction and worked diligently. In a reasonable amount of time for such a large job. When finished, carted all my debris away as well as cleaned the area. The new addition to our home made the Wife very happy . So, I called him to schedule an estimate, he showed up ON TIME (great sign!), and the price he gave me was very reasonable. I decided to go with him to have the work done and am VERY glad I did! From start to finish, Ricky and his employees were beyond professional and true to their word. Not one single day were they late, NOT ONE, nor did they cancel or no show (something I've had frequently occur in the past). I was able to observe some of their work during the process and it was obvious they were experienced in their trade and took pride in their work. Also, sales rep was unprofessional, deriding the roof job, telling me that the roofers did not use synthetic felt or over-ice water shield: both of these are clearly in the original contract. And criticized the stepped flashing (claiming that hem sealed flashing is superior and stepped flashing is a downgrade): did some digging, and stepped flashing is recommended for my particular application. An estimate came to me: the link did not work. After repeated asks, a screen shot came to me. The estimate was very pricey.
