I am SOOO happy with my new custom front door and side panels. They were expensive. But I wanted something that would last the rest of my life. And it had to be perfect, from the colors to the accent moldings over and around the outside. Wariness surrounded my call for an estimate since I had been warned about the custom window & door establishments. But I had tried several times to order the right door from one of the building supply stores with no success. There were long waits behind other customers. And the associates answered phone calls & questions from other customers when it was my turn. I finally gave up & went home. The opposite was the case with Mr. Rogers. A very pleasant lady came to my house at my convenience. She walked me through every aspect of the door I wanted. She didn't try to press for certain features as the building supply company had done. Meeting my preference was her concern. We went through every aspect of the door & side panels. Voila......The perfect door!! My concern was that there be no change in my inside or outside moldings & decorative wood pieces over & surrounding the door. So she took lots of pictures & of course measurements. It was MY door!! So I immediately put down the required deposit. Later I received a call that they wanted to send a senior employee out to confirm the measurements before they placed the order for my door to be built. Good deal!! Another call came from scheduling to prebook an installation date based on its estimated arrival. This was good also. It took a couple of months but finally the installation date arrived. I'm the only owner of the 34 year old house. My late husband had replaced the door once, but not the side panels. The installation crew found on one side a completely rotten stud. Panic!! But they were prepared. They brought a new one from the truck & told me the wood behind it was fine. Whew.... When they finished I had my perfect door. I couldn't be happier. I love the double dead bolt lock, which is so easy to operate without a key. It's just all perfect!! My experience was great!! There's no doubt that I'll use Mr. Rogers again.

What was promised as a smooth, professional roofing project turned into a prolonged, disorganized, and deeply disappointing ordeal marked by poor communication, repeated delays, and a complete lack of accountability. This was not just an inconvenience--it was an unacceptable experience that has left us extremely dissatisfied. Communication from both the project manager and crew was virtually nonexistent. There were multiple days when no one showed up at all, and other days where productivity appeared minimal at best. We were originally told this would be a one- to two-day project. Instead, it took seven days to complete what should have been a basic roof replacement. That level of inefficiency and lack of coordination is inexcusable. Even more concerning was the condition in which our property was left. Nails were scattered throughout the yard, debris was left behind--including cigarette butts--and there was little to no regard for cleanup or the safety of my family and pets. This created a legitimate safety hazard. At one point, a member of my household stepped on a nail. Fortunately, it did not puncture the skin due to thick footwear, but the situation could have easily resulted in serious injury. That level of negligence is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the roof was not completed as expected, and despite repeated attempts to get answers or support, follow-up from the company has been severely lacking. We were told multiple times that someone from upper management would contact us--yet weeks later, we have heard nothing. Instead, we continue to receive generic emails suggesting they would like to do future work for us, which is both tone-deaf and frustrating given our experience. While some form of compensation was offered, it was nowhere near adequate considering the delays, safety hazards, and overall lack of professionalism we endured. Overall, this experience demonstrated a serious breakdown in communication, project management, and basic respect for a customer's home and safety. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

I don't think many of us plan for a roof replacement. I wasn't planning on having to have my roof…read morereplaced this year. I had someone come out as I was looking at having gutters replaced. The one I talked to about gutters showed me photos and some of the shingles had a hole in them and said I should have a roof inspection conducted. After that, I turned to Yelp to look for companies to have a roof inspection completed. There were several to choose from, and I had a few come out to look at the roof. Inspectors from two different companies were supposed to come out the following day. The first one was a no show, but Cleus Staple from Revamp Exteriors came out at the scheduled time. This visit occurred on July 13, 2025. We stated outside to look over the roof. He was thorough in checking out the roof. He confirmed the same thing the gutter representative told me. He also went into more detail and showed dips and such in the shingles too. We came inside and he went up into the attic to check out the roof from that angle. Apparently, some of the drilling for the solar panels I had gotten a few years back made a hole into the attic from the drilling of the solar panels. After that, we sat down so he could go over the product that would be used for rebuilding the roof, as well as changes in the building codes as the roof that was currently on there was over 20 years old. The old shingles were a three-layer design, while the newer version is a five-layer design. There was a waterproofing barrier as a part of it, as well as the roof would be resistant up to 130 mph winds too. He was able to answer every question I had asked, and he was up front and honest about everything. After going through everything, and based on this experience, I decided to pull the trigger and go with them to do the roof replacement. We got to choose from a variety of colors too. They do have financing available through Service Finance Company. They did tell me that it would be over a three-day period. The first day would be getting the solar panels down in preparation for install. The second day was the roof install, and the final day was getting the solar panels back up and running. After getting things settled, the roof replacement was scheduled to begin on July 23, 2025. A few days later, they were able to move up the start date to July 22nd due to better weather conditions. The first day was pretty easy. It was just getting the solar panels down. All of the solar panel work was done by Solar Unlimited. The next day was getting the new roof installed. It was a noisy day, but it really didn't affect me working from home as usual. I did come out a few times to see how things were going, and I was glad I was not the one doing it. It looked really good after everything was completed. It took about 9-10 hours total. The following day, Solar Unlimited came back to re-install the solar panels. The morning after the solar panels were put back up, John from Revamp Exteriors came over to do a final inspection after everything was completed. There were no issues, and he shared those pictures with me, which he said I can use them. Overall, this was an excellent experience with Revamp Exteriors. They were quick to respond to all my questions, and they were able to give me everything I need to submit for a homeowner's insurance discount for a new roof date. Although the cost can shock you, it will be great in the long run since it's considered a 50-year roof. In the future, I may need to look at having the vinyl siding replaced at a later time, and I will definitely turn here first when that time comes. If you are looking at having some home renovations completed, you need to give Revamp Exteriors a call. You won't regret it.

Fortunately, Ricky was referred to me by a friend who had his roof done by him and said he was extremely reliable and would do a fantastic job. So, I called him to schedule an estimate, he showed up ON TIME (great sign!), and the price he gave me was very reasonable. I decided to go with him to have the work done and am VERY glad I did! From start to finish, Ricky and his employees were beyond professional and true to their word. Not one single day were they late, NOT ONE, nor did they cancel or no show (something I've had frequently occur in the past). I was able to observe some of their work during the process and it was obvious they were experienced in their trade and took pride in their work. Once everything was completed, my home looked almost entirely brand new, and was beyond amazing! To say I was happy with the final results would be an understatement. I also have to add, not only did they do superb work installing my new roof, but they did not leave a single piece of trash, old shingles, nails, or anything behind. They even walked around my entire property ensuring every nail and small pieces of shingles and wood were picked up! I'm glad I trusted my friends recommendation because the service I received from Ricky and his employees was A+ top notch and I would highly recommend his company to anyone who wants the job done right!

They emailed me back saying that I was on my own and that they wouldn't cover ANY of the repairs. What's worse, the company showed little accountability. They didn't even acknowledge that they made a mistake or say sorry for the problems they caused me. I reached out again asking if they could at least provide me with some extra shingles since I would need to remove a portion of them to repair the pipe. They never responded to my emails or phone calls. The team on site also destroyed my plants and left nails everywhere (resulting in a popped car tire). If you're considering hiring them, beware.
