We invited him back in and proceeded to make the purchase. The crew led by Mikey, Ivan and Arrow arrived on time. They began to remove the front complete front door in closure and one did the same to the Kitchen Window. The men arrived on time, producing ID, introduction and worked diligently. Before they even took official measurements, we discovered major electrical issues in our home that were so dangerous they nearly caused a house fire at 2 a.m. on a Sunday night -- June 30th. Because of this, we have no choice but to sell our home for the safety of our family. Our house has turned out to have multiple hidden dangers -- bad plumbing, a failing roof, poor doors and windows, and now electrical work that was not up to code. My husband is an active duty military member, and we trusted Mr. Rogers Windows because they claim to be a "military-friendly" company. But when we explained our urgent situation and asked to cancel or at least transfer our contract to our new home -- something that should be reasonable since they haven't done official measurements or ordered parts -- they outright refused. Instead, they told us we'd still be forced to pay the entire $28,000 balance before we can sell our home. We are doing the right thing by making sure the house is up to code for the next family, because no one deserves to feel unsafe in their own home. All we asked was for a little understanding and flexibility from this company that claims to "support" the military. We are heartbroken and feel completely abandoned by Mr. Rogers Windows. They have shown no compassion, no willingness to help, and absolutely no loyalty to the military families they say they support. I do not recommend this company to anyone -- especially military families who expect honesty and understanding during hard times. We just wanted someone to care enough to do the right thing, and they chose not to.

When ask for, Mike provided us with proof of insurance which was confirmed by the agency. We went ahead and ordered doors and a couple of weeks later they were installed! He came out Saturday to look and provide an estimate. He recommended changing the existing to standard torsion spring systems. Quoted 150 per door or 290 for both. He scheduled the install, arrived on time, changed both out and was done and cleaned up in an hour. I can't say enough positive about his customer service, and technical expertise. He asked that we use for 3 weeks then open door manually to ensure that the balance is still correct.
