They went back and forth to their truck several time and each time they removed the booties at my door then put them back in when they re-entered, I very much appreciated them doing this as I do not wear outside shoes in my home. They were both very polite and answered all questions asked. After installation was complete I was provided with a tutorial to ensure I understood the window's full operating mechanisms. I am very happy with the windows as well as the over all customer service. I would be remiss if I did not mention that the sale person was also pleasant to work with and offered to remove his shoes upon entering, I believe his name was Jeff.

Before they even took official measurements, we discovered major electrical issues in our home that were so dangerous they nearly caused a house fire at 2 a.m. on a Sunday night -- June 30th. Because of this, we have no choice but to sell our home for the safety of our family. Our house has turned out to have multiple hidden dangers -- bad plumbing, a failing roof, poor doors and windows, and now electrical work that was not up to code. My husband is an active duty military member, and we trusted Mr. Rogers Windows because they claim to be a "military-friendly" company. But when we explained our urgent situation and asked to cancel or at least transfer our contract to our new home -- something that should be reasonable since they haven't done official measurements or ordered parts -- they outright refused. Instead, they told us we'd still be forced to pay the entire $28,000 balance before we can sell our home. We are doing the right thing by making sure the house is up to code for the next family, because no one deserves to feel unsafe in their own home. All we asked was for a little understanding and flexibility from this company that claims to "support" the military. We are heartbroken and feel completely abandoned by Mr. Rogers Windows. They have shown no compassion, no willingness to help, and absolutely no loyalty to the military families they say they support. I do not recommend this company to anyone -- especially military families who expect honesty and understanding during hard times. We just wanted someone to care enough to do the right thing, and they chose not to.

I would strongly recommend never using Home Genius Exteriors (HGE) for a roofing project--or any…read morework on your home. Our experience was beyond frustrating from start to finish. What was promised as a smooth, professional roofing project turned into a prolonged, disorganized, and deeply disappointing ordeal marked by poor communication, repeated delays, and a complete lack of accountability. This was not just an inconvenience--it was an unacceptable experience that has left us extremely dissatisfied. Communication from both the project manager and crew was virtually nonexistent. There were multiple days when no one showed up at all, and other days where productivity appeared minimal at best. We were originally told this would be a one- to two-day project. Instead, it took seven days to complete what should have been a basic roof replacement. That level of inefficiency and lack of coordination is inexcusable. Even more concerning was the condition in which our property was left. Nails were scattered throughout the yard, debris was left behind--including cigarette butts--and there was little to no regard for cleanup or the safety of my family and pets. This created a legitimate safety hazard. At one point, a member of my household stepped on a nail. Fortunately, it did not puncture the skin due to thick footwear, but the situation could have easily resulted in serious injury. That level of negligence is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the roof was not completed as expected, and despite repeated attempts to get answers or support, follow-up from the company has been severely lacking. We were told multiple times that someone from upper management would contact us--yet weeks later, we have heard nothing. Instead, we continue to receive generic emails suggesting they would like to do future work for us, which is both tone-deaf and frustrating given our experience. While some form of compensation was offered, it was nowhere near adequate considering the delays, safety hazards, and overall lack of professionalism we endured. Overall, this experience demonstrated a serious breakdown in communication, project management, and basic respect for a customer's home and safety. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.
