I'm just going to start out by saying that Better Daze is all around awesome. They carry the best products, BUT, what makes them the best in my book, is the employees. Not to name drop lol, but Madison and Robbie are the sweetest, most helpful, wonderful people. I typically spend about 10-15 minutes in the store and love perusing the new products as well as catching up with the employees as I make my purchase. I have never once left Better Daze without a huge smile on my face until yesterday. I was in the middle of my purchase with Robbie, when the dude with the black dog came up and rudely dismissed me, and basically pushed me out the door. I'm really not sure why he did that, but has a corporate professional, and a business owner myself, that is not the way you treat your customers. I didn't hear exactly what was said, but as I was leaving, he appeared to be lecturing Robbie. I support, and love supporting, small businesses. The friendships and love that are built within a community thrive off of the mutual support that the community and small businesses bring together. That being said, I will be back to make my delicious TVH purchases very soon, and can't wait to see Robbie and Madison. They get my good vibes going, and I'm not gonna let that end. Better Daze has some of the coolest, happiest, most genuinely welcoming people working there. At this point I'm convinced being chill and fun to be around must be part of the hiring requirements. Every time I go in, it's a good experience. The staff is cheerful, easy to talk to, never makes you feel rushed, and they actually know their products. You can ask questions and get real recommendations from people who know what they're talking about. Honestly, the customer service is the entire reason I wanted to leave this review. There are plenty of places you can shop, but not many where the people working there genuinely make the experience better. You walk into Better Daze in a normal mood and somehow leave with a smile on your face every damn time. Keep doing what you guys are doing. read more

Must be 21+ years old to enter this cannabis dispensary. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They carry a variety of products, such as edibles, ointments, lemonade, patches, vapes and cannabis "flowers." There are products specifically for pain management, help to reduce anxiety and/or improve sleep. The products and merchandise are very organized and displayed in glass cases and counters. love this place! been coming for a while now, but finally got around to review it! while prices might be higher, what i love about this place and what makes me keep coming back is the way they connect with you. they always make sure you want what you're getting and they always answer any questions i may have. if they don't have the answer they ask someone else who might. their selection is wide in my opinion as someone who isn't an expert on brands. whenever i want to try something new they never fail to inform me about it (and convince me) lol. this is my go to dispensary! read more

Let's start off with the atmosphere. Upon entering the security was supper welcoming as they hold the door open for you as you come and go. Once checked it, the environment is very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. What really stood out to me most was not only how open and homey it felt but was that you are Abel to view and smell the product as well as getting it on your own if it's accessible ( example: wax or things in the fridge). It made the experience feel more like a retail store shopping for clothes or accessories and I loved it! Rather than feeling like I'm consuming something terrible and feeling judge. PLACE HAS NO DEALS . Even if you spend $100 plus . Better off going to another dispensary that does deals for there patients . I spent $148.50 .. 50 cents NO DEAL ..TERRIBLE . This place is not it. You're better off traveling an extra 5 miles to Pomona. Super expensive. Paid $32 for 1 Good Tide that I pay $20 max anywhere else. We're not talking a dollar or three here 12 whole ass dollars minimum for the same item anywhere. Friendly staff but not paying 30% more. been here a few times after work and usually my experiences are pleasant. However tonight I came in at 8:40 after a long shift and the security guard at the door locked the door on me and said they were closed. I asked if they close earlier than 9pm now as that's the hours stated online and on the door and he completely ignored me. Honestly left such a bad taste in my mouth and it's not like it's a restaurant. The transaction takes literally less than 10 minutes. For how expensive it is here and then dealing with that, i'm likely not to return again. read more

I love Better Daze, I went during the grand opening and now find myself here once or twice a week. There's so much product to try and love here! The employees are amazing and incredibly helpful. I had wished to write a review sooner but I'm writing one today to talk about management. I went in earlier and bought 4 drinks (you can grab drinks yourself) and 2 Good Tide Edibles (these are behind the counter). I got home and noticed that I was given Mango flavored Good Tides, no big deal... I went back to the store to exchange them with receipt. The manager on duty assisted me with the exchange and then proceeded to tell me that there are no refunds or exchanges but they would do it this time.... Um, I didn't pick up the product from the shelf and choose the wrong one by mistake and put it in the bag. As someone who has worked in customer service almost all my life I appreciated the information on returns/exchanges but an apology would have been appreciated too. I felt so under appreciated as a CONSISTENT patron and like I did something wrong. I'll be staying away for sometime. I always felt great walking in and out of here, today I felt awful. read more

1st time at Better Daze nice dispensary but pricey compared to to other dispensaries... not a big selection on all in one ready to go vape pens. Other dispensaries have bigger selection to choose from. They have more flower selection. But so do the other dispensaries with better daily deals. Their prices cld be higher cause of area it is but the 2 products I purchased were 40 & 45 with is 85 bucks with all the fees & taxes I paid 128.50 by the time I walked out the door. read more

Heard about this place from a few people. It's cool they finally have a dispensary in Covina BUT the prices in here are outrageous! $44 plus tax for a 1 gram disposable vape pen?! Do your self a favor and drive another 15 minutes to stiiizy and you'll get double of what they charge you for one pen! I don't think this place will last long with crazy prices like they have, like it's 2010 or something! Definitely won't be returning or recommending anyone here. read more

They had my first review removed because I didn't write anything. I'm a paying customer and unfortunately I don't recommend this dispensary. My experience was disappointing due to poor customer service and an overall lack of professionalism. The staff felt rushed and unhelpful, and I didn't feel valued as a customer. For the prices they charge, I expected a better experience. There are plenty of other dispensaries in the area like OG Nation in El Monte that treat customers better and provide clearer communication. I won't be returning. read more
