Nice spot. Pretty straight forward. Was helped by Clarice. She was very nice. Acted as a personal shopper. I gave her a budget and explained what product I was looking for in edibles and she went above and beyond in organizing the products by cost and shared her knowledge on each one. A little disappointed they didn't have the item I specifically went there for based off the products website, but it's ok. Also, cash only . ATM doesn't have tap option for cell phone. If I could give 0 I would they sell fake products saying they get it from the actual brand but then it doesn't get verified weed is dry like smoking dirt legit cause it doesn't get you high even the king rolls started tasting weird I broke one open all brown inside I can't make this up! I've been a "frequent flyer" at this dispensary for over half a year now. I love this location because they've got a great selection of different products I enjoy: vapes, edibles, and flower! They've even got great staff too, but PLEASE double-check the products they collect for you while placing your order. This place has a strict return/exchange policy, and unfortunately I've had to learn this the hard way after waiting nearly 20 minutes for their manager (and not their normal staff members) to let me know that they could not exchange or return a product I had purchased within the same hour. ***Side Note: This occurred because one of their staff members had misinformed me about a Kushy Punch vape product I was interested in trying for the first time. (He claimed the specific flavor was Hybrid... when it was actually Sativa.) He did not show me the product before stuffing it in the bag, so I recommend asking them up front to show you the product BEFORE they try to charge you. read more

Good customer service.. but I bought a Aeris Focus V yesterday that was $335, and ended up being $300 after a 30% discount, w/ a free gram included. I was really pleased until I went on the Aeris website and saw that it's only $199 for the same kit. It's my bad for not price checking but dang.. Out of all the dispensaries I have been to, higher ground is probably one of my favorites. The prices on flavorades and vuse carts are so cheap in comparison to nearly all the dispensaries in the area, I drive 15ish miles from OC to here just to get those carts. The customer service is also great, I had a bud tender (she had glasses) last time and she was extremely friendly, unfortunately the cart I got leaked but even then when I returned they had my carts exchanged immediately and let me chose the replacements. read more

I have been coming here since shortly after they opened. I have had one defective item since and found it a bit unfortunate how they handled the situation. The convenience of location in proximity to me still puts it high on my list of local shops. Customer service is usually spot on aside from this instance. I was excited to try this new dispensary until they told me my prescription sun glasses were not allowed because they have a camera (Metas). I don't understand why a LEGAL dispensary would have issues with their prices or products being photographed. My glasses were not turned on or charged at the time and i wasn't trying to film or take pictures. I need them to see. I did end up buying some products but I had a difficult time seeing the prices and reading the menu. I mostly likely will not be coming back. read more
