Typically, any time I use card to pay, the employee lets you know there is a $3 fee for the transaction and they refund it in cash. Management might want to monitor the lady with the right hand tattoo (register 10 today), because I had 2 transactions and she gave only $2 total cash back and zero receipts. If the policy changed, no foul (I would like to be informed). Stiiizy delivery used to be awesome here. The last month or so the menu has been terrible. They usually do beginning of the month sales, and they haven't even done that. Menu is just the same stuff they been trying to push all month. Yet they decide to continue to raise the delivery minimum for free delivery. If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is by far the most unprofessional and careless dispensary I've ever been to. I've been a loyal Stiiizy customer for a while and spend a lot on their products, but the Pomona location constantly messes up orders and does nothing to fix their mistakes. I've gone in multiple times asking for diamond wax, and the budtenders keep giving me crush diamonds, which I absolutely do not want. I clarify multiple times, and they still get it wrong. After a long shift, I get home ready to relax, only to find out they once again gave me the wrong product. And guess what? No exchanges or refunds, even when it's THEIR mistake. Calling management? Pointless. They don't care. Emailing customer service? Useless. No real help. The staff? Rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. The music in there is so obnoxiously loud that you can't even have a proper conversation with the budtenders, which probably explains why they never listen. This has happened to me four times now, and I'm beyond done with this location. I will be taking my business elsewhere and making sure others know to avoid this place at all costs. If Stiiizy wants to keep loyal customers, they need to train their staff properly and actually care about fixing their mistakes. Save yourself the frustration--go anywhere but here. read more

I want to love this store! Great prices, innovative products, but the SOUND LEVEL is completely unsafe. For those with nerve disabilities, sensory disabilities, and all kinds of medical issues unseen, it is not possible to access the medicine we need. The level of sound at this location was clocked over 90 decibels on a meter. This creates an unsafe work environment, as exposer to this level of volume for any extended amount of time will damage the hair follicles on the cochlea (inner ear) and those do not regrow. These hair follicles are responsible for our ability to hear. I have suffered greatly and only want to help others from going through what I have had to go through after I had to work in a dangerously loud environment. I've tried to communicate with this store how dangerous this level of sound is, and it can easily be researched online and yet management says it is their policy and will not turn the volume down. When I asked the receptionist if they had made the change to accommodate my disability she straight up said, "no, and it's not gonna change." I understand she is just inexperienced in life; however the owners should take head and understand that especially in CA- ya'll better start taking safety seriously, and not discriminate against people. You can create a 'dope vibe' atmosphere without damaging people's ears. I hope with all my heart, whoever is in control of the sound volume at STIIIZY will educate themselves more on sound safety. Because the lack of knowledge and ignorance is causing an irreparable harm to everyone's ears who works and shops there. read more

First time here! There was a line of people when we arrived, with multiple friendly security guards overseeing the parking lot and business. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. Our budtender Cassandra was really easy going, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. We received 30% off for Black Friday deals and an additional 30% off for first-time patients, which was awesome. We picked up STIIIZY edibles, pre-rolls, batteries, and cartridges. I was hoping to get some hard candy edibles but they were sold out. We ended up spending $153, plus we left a $10 cash tip. I am so very disappointed with Stiiizy delivery. I placed an order at 7pm on 1/28 and at 10p, the order was cancelled and scheduled for the first delivery in the morning. Then I get a call at 8a. telling me that they don't have what I had originally ordered. So now i have to change my order. Did that, no problem. You would think that I would have gotten my delivery by now. It is now 10:30a and no delivery. On top of all that they didn't have the multi packs so I had to order singles which cost more. This is not customer service at all. Although I will say the person speaking with me was very nice. The worst delivery service ever. Don't get it delivered. Just go to the store if you are able. The budtender that helped us at the counter was super friendly and she went above and beyond to make sure they had stock of all the edibles I had inquired about. I price compared other dispensaries for the same items on Weedmaps and Stiiizy had the lowest prices.
