I literally went in to pick up my prescription and they provided me no details about the medicine. When I got home, I saw that they filled the a prescription I had filled a week prior, then they didn't provide the full amount of medicine on another prescription. This was a frustrating experience for several reasons however I can't ignore the lack of analyzing the prescriptions that are actively on file for a patient. I've worked at a pharmacy as a tech, and thankfully I read my prescriptions before I take them. Did I forget to mention they also filled two medicines that work in the same exact way, and do the same exact thing as opposed to giving me guidance and double checking with the Doctors office or making a professional opinion on which medicine is best appropriate. Save your energy and go to pharmacy with both capacity and skill so that your health isn't being taken for granted by professionals who are supposed to act in the interest of your health.

In the past 2 years I've had up to 7 pills missing from my 30 day refills, and they miscount pills frequently. It's a train wreck to try to get more pills after they miscounted the month prior, the last time they missed 5 I was accused of "abusing" a non-controlled substance. Who is getting addicted to lamotrigine? I recently moved away to another city for college and requested they transfer my prescription. I can't put into words how insufferable this place was about it. My father and I called over 5 times together, and my new pharmacy did as well. Today, they left a voicemail saying they'e not going to send it and to make sure I "really needed it." Who would be THIS annoying about getting their pills unless they really needed it? They also said they already "made" my prescription and despite us saying I moved over 300 miles away, I should get somebody to pick it up regardless. This is extremely unprofessional and I don't know in what world the staff here think this is appropriate. The ONE saving grace about this place though is if you go between 2-4 pm on a weekday there's usually no line. In theory if they count your pills right consistently and you go in during that window, your pharmacy visits should be 5 minutes tops. That never happened for me or any of my family members though.
