Used their service for the stump removal. Had a big 80yo tree removed, the stump is quite big. Sent out request on Yelp got multiple response, better price tree service came to do the estimate the second morning and gave me a very reasonable price. They came the next day after we agreed on the price, one guy worked his magic grind the stump very deep because I told him that I'm going to plant a new tree there. He was very helpful to try to dig as deep as he could that at least 2-3 ft deep (usually only guarantee 6 inch), he cleaned up after and leave the space clean as we want it to be. Super quick response to our tree that cracked in half during a storm. I was worried it was going to fall on either passing cars or people, or our neighbors house! It was an urgent problem and Better price tree service responded to our Yelp message very quickly, came out the next day to discuss pricing and our options, and by the next morning our large elm tree was taken down entirely all the way to the stump. They offered to grind the stump as well, but due to its vicinity to our sprinkler system we decided not to. They ground up all the branches and cart everything away, raked and blew all the sawdust and leaves as well. They basically didn't leave a branch behind and they did it all in maybe 30 minutes! I live in a neighborhood where our front yards are very small and a couple decades ago when the neighborhood was planned, they planted trees in these small front yards near all of the water mains (sp?) and sewage caps... ugh... now, 20+ years later these trees are huge, healthy and beautiful ... His crew showed up in the time window and after confirming with me what was going to be done, they got right to work. You would never even know that tree was ever there! They took the tree, the trunk, and grinded up all protruding roots they could find and also took the time to do that on the other side of my property, too. I have used these guys twice - first for an overall tree trimming refresh around my property, and secondly during the winter storm in Feb. 2021 where I had ice laden branches snap off a tree and land on my roof. For the normal tree trimming, these guys were very competitively priced, easy to work with, and responsible and on time. They did a great job - they made recommendations about my trees, created good roof clearance, and cleaned up after themselves. For the "emergency" trimming done in Feb. 2021 - I called Areli at 6 pm on a Thursday, he came out to look at my situation on Friday morning, and had a crew to come and take care of my trees by Saturday afternoon.
