First of all this company has a long list of business license revocations in Illinois, the most recent revocation was in March of 2026! They are currently operating without a valid license. My package was shipped May 8th it is now May 21st and I still have not received my package it does not take anything 10 to 12 days to be received from Illinois. Customer service is of no help through email chat they can't tell you nothing but a copy and paste of where you already know where your package is and I advised them that they will get a very distasteful review for me I will update once package is finally received but as of today May 20th the package is in Bloomington Illinois and this all started May 8th. They reported that they had delivered a package from REI to me yesterday morning at 7:09 am, but the package was never delivered to our front door. They are either grossly incompetent or just liars. I do not recommend anyone or any company using their services. EDIT: Several days later I discovered that the package was placed into our mail box out at the curb. I realized after filing a missing item complaint with Ulta that the bottom of the package was cut at the seams and resealed with clear tape (Ulta uses tan or beige tape). they marked my package as delivered. The delivery photo was of a male hand holding a package (that did not have my name on it) inside of a car. The delivery site on the map showed it was delivered two towns over to a completely different address. You cannot call them- it tells you to submit online, no agent available online tells you to email and it's been over a week without response to three email attempts. Id give them 0 stars if I could. The last package delivered by them was so broken and retaped (box in half, bag ripped) but products inside where in a million pieces shattered. read more

When I attempted to view where using the recommended app it just showed a GPS location in a neighborhood 10miles from my house. I tried to call them and was literally directed to connect with their "bot" online for package issues. My package was set to be delivered by this delivery service. I received notification that it was delivered yet when I went to retrieve my package it was just an empty box stuffed inside another empty box. Neither box was sealed amd had 2 separate addresses labels on them. I then reviewed my security cameras and witnessed the delivery woman place the unsealed empty box upside down at the front of my entry way (away from my doorbell camera but in clear view of my secondary camera). Had an order come from Ryze. They attempted delivery on the 25th. No one saw the driver in order to let them in. Today ( 9/30/20250. I checked Ryze website and was informed my order was delivered 9/29/2025. When I got home I went to check the mailbox and saw my item sitting on top of the mailbox as if it were trash. This "company" is terrible. They use 1099 contracted people. Their "driver", when delivering my package, dropped it from chest height. Fortunately, it somehow wasn't broken. The "driver" then ran over my tree lawn and slammed into my mailbox and damaged it. He left without reporting the incident. I should've called the police on this sham company and lame ass driver. I don't think I have come across a more incompetent delivery company. I had the unfortunate experience of my shipper using them to deliver several of my orders and rather than delivering to the actual address these geniuses delivered to an address that appears to be same as the last 4 digits of my phone number that was provided for delivery purposes. I didn't find out until 5 days after the fact so I lose out on my purchase but thankfully was able to get my money back. In short if you actually want your item delivered use someone else. read more

My package said delivered. It was from Ulta. There is no proof of delivery. I was not able to find it anywhere. I have a doorbell camera. Upon emailing the Customer service, they sent the picture where it was delivered, which should have been provide as a proof of delivery in the first place when the actual deliver was made. When I looked at the picture it was delivered in the mail room outside area, not in the apartment. My package is not there. One of the worst driving App. Low pay. Very low pay. If you're an season IC, you know that you have overhead. Better Trucks doesn't pay well enough to cover those overhead. If you shave off $30-$40 off their settlements for gas & maintenance, you'll be making about $1 a stop, sometimes less. Just because you have bid on a route & was assigned to that route, doesn't mean you will get that route. Their warehouse people have a tendency of giving your route to someone else. The delivery was through better trucks. Of course.They delivered it to the wrong address the first time. I had no way of contacting the delivery company to get it resolved. The company L'ange replace my order and resent it out, and once again, it has not been delivered to my home. It states that it was delivered at 1:13 AM. There's no package on my porch once again. This is by far the worst delivery service I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Avoid at all costs. Added photos of text conversation for proof. I will also be letting the vendor know how terrible their chosen delivery service is. I ordered a package which required signature. On 8/14 I receive a text that they're outside my door. I let them know I'm at work. They respond with "what time works best?" I respond Friday (8/16). They say they will deliver it then. 8/15, I get a voicemail saying I missed the delivery again (what happened to delivering Friday?) and that I should contact better trucks to set up a delivery time and date. Whatever, it's supposed to come 8/16. 8/16, no delivery. I text the original guy back, he doesn't respond. 8/19, I try to contact better trucks, which I have no idea where to go as their website is complete trash. No answer. I send an email regarding my package. I also text the original driver. He says he will have his manager call me on 8/20 to set up a delivery time. 8/20, No response from my email to customer service. No call from the manager. 8/21, I get an email that my package has been sent back.... wtf? I call customer service, they don't answer. I call back again and they pick up. They tell me the package was loaded up to be sent back already and there's nothing they can do. Avoid this company at all costs. For the last 2 was three deliveries thru Better Trucks has been delivered to god knows where as the photos show no clue where drivers are leaving packages, BT has absolutely NO contact info all phone numbers found do not work, emails do nothing, the local hub in my city claims,to have 1 employee I did find a phone number for a branch manager that turned out was her personal number and was told she would send my info to driver to make sure my delivery made it today. Mistakes happen, delays happen. We're not expecting perfection, but you can really tell the level of service a company has to offer when they don't even respond to your messages. Give it a try, email customer_support@bettertrucks.com and be amazed at the lack of response you'll get. I emailed them on December 7th, no response, I then sent a reminder email on December 10th, still no response. I contacted them on their Twitter on the December 10th, no response, I contacted them on LinkedIn both via the message system and leaving comments on public posts, also on December 10th, no response. I even went as far as to contact the company on their website contact us form which said they will respond within 24 hours, still no response. I'm not the only one, the reviews on Yelp as well as looking through the comments on their LinkedIn profile will show people in the same situation as I am, people who are not getting anything. I'm based in the UK and I sent a parcel to someone living in America, and upon reaching the US, BetterTrucks picked up the parcel. I did not choose BetterTrucks, unfortunately either my courier has a deal with this company or it was simply the "best" option available. The first time a company used Better Trucks to deliver an item to my home (July of this year) the delivery person put the package in my mailbox at the end of my driveway instead of on my porch. The U.S. postman found it in my mailbox and took it back to the post office, because delivery people are not to ever put their deliveries in people's mailboxes. The post office wanted $8.43 cents to deliver it to me. I refused to pay the post office and got my money back from the seller. Today a neighbor I don't know, received my package from another company who used Better Trucks to deliver a package. I was just lucky they were honest and brought the package to our house the day they received it. At least my neighbor was able to find the correct home to bring the package to. You would think that being able to read and match addresses would be a criteria for being hired by a delivery company! Apparently, Better Trucks does not put a high priority on a driver's ability to deliver a package to the correct address. Pitiful! read more
