And when I saw who showed up in my driveway yesterday, I knew I made the right choice. My chauffeur, Scott Harbin, arrived 15 minutes early (I like that) and informed me via text message that he was here and there was no need for me to rush. I went outside to meet him and he was attired in a well pressed black suit and tie, very professional. He took my luggage to the beautiful Black Volvo 90, a plush luxury sedan. A few minutes later I came out ready to travel. As I got into the back seat, I noted that the interior was as impressive as the exterior of this handsome car. In a short while, I was very pleased by how careful and comfortable his driving was. No zipping in and out of traffic. I booked the pickup time to allow more than enough time to get to the airport without stress. Scott proved to be an exceptional professional driver, keeping my comfort and safety foremost in the way he maneuvered through the unpredictable and challenging traffic. THAT is what I wanted. Not the cheapest price. Not some amateur who was only interested in getting the ride over in the fastest way, regardless of how the passenger was impacted. I travelled in style and comfort. As soon as my flight landed the driver was communicated with me. The driver even told me that my luggage carousel had changed before the airline did. On the way back from our cruise, same interaction just another professional well mannered driver. Both vehicles that I rode in were extremely clean. Now this does cost more than a Uber or Lyft, but factoring in time and not having to search for your driver, the extra cost can be justified. I will be using them again the next time I am in Florida.

It is absolutely unacceptable to prey on someone's vulnerability as a way to scare them into using a service. And the fact that he seemed exceptionally courteous but only until he lost a sale, is truly disgusting. Don't trust his facade. He's awful.
