Unfortunately, my lips ended up looking and feeling overfilled, lumpy, uneven, and unnatural. The bruising was severe, I experienced pain and tenderness for weeks, and I could feel irregularities throughout my lips long after the procedure. At my follow-up appointment, Jennifer acknowledged that my lips were crooked and performed an extremely painful massage to try to correct the filler. Despite the poor result, no complimentary correction was offered. Four months later, I saw another injector for a second opinion. She immediately noted that my lips appeared overfilled, which likely contributed to the lumpiness and uneven appearance. Even now, I can still see and feel filler in the back of my lip, creating a noticeable bulge when I pull my lip down. My other concern was pricing. The cost was never clearly discussed beforehand. During the appointment, I agreed to two syringes based on Jennifer's recommendation and was shocked by the final bill. As a first-time client, I believe the total cost should have been clearly explained before treatment began. Looking back, I feel I was overfilled and upsold rather than properly advised. She asked me to send photos and said she would call me back on Monday after reviewing them. I sent the photos as requested and never received a call back. After waiting, I followed up myself. Instead of a phone call or any meaningful discussion, I received a brief message stating: "Thank you for sending your photos. They have been documented and reviewed. No further action is necessary." There was no explanation, no in-person evaluation, no follow-up care offered, and no attempt to address my concerns or provide support after a cosmetic procedure I paid for. Regardless of outcome, patients deserve to be heard, taken seriously, treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly encourage anyone considering RF microneedling or other procedures to carefully consider the level of post-treatment care and support they may receive. This is not how ethical providers handle unhappy RF microneedling outcomes, especially when a patient clearly feels harmed.

They have women's and men's locker rooms to change into a robe and sandals. One thing that I didn't love was how small the women's locker room was. When there are three or more people in there changing, it's a little bit too close if you don't know the other people there. After changing, they have a relaxation room where you can calm down and wait for your masseuse. I was a little bit uncomfortable waiting, as when I entered the room, there was a man who was fully dressed and on his phone while sitting there. As a woman in nothing but a robe, it made me uncomfortable that he was on his phone just sitting there. I'm sure he meant no harm, but I would have liked it more if phones weren't allowed. It would be more relaxing. The massage itself was wonderful. I had Mira, and she did a great job releasing some of my tension in my shoulders and neck. She did some nice stretches during it too. I especially enjoyed the heated packs she put on my back and neck throughout. After finishing the massage, you are offered water, champagne, or a mimosa, and can go back to relax in the relaxation room.
