Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I started going to Organic Skin Studio because of all the amazing reviews about Vann. She's so smart and knowledgeable... the only issue is the last time I got Botox she was NOT my injector. She has to take a leap of absence which is COMPLETELY understandable but a heads up prior to the appointment would have been appreciated. I told the new injector that I have strong eyebrow muscles and can get crazy eyebrows if not done correctly or with enough Botox. She told me how my last injector must have not done it properly.. turns out this time is SIGNIFICANTLY worse. They did fix the eyebrow at no additional cost which is also appreciated... to be determined.. results are not in yet. The 3 things I am upset about is the lack of communication on who is injecting me, minimizing another injector just for the results to be worse and when I called them regarding being botched someone said I could come the next day to have it fixed which turned out not true. I've had a few facials, gifted facials to friends and recently have had some non invasive skin regenerative procedures done. What does that mean?
