He"resurfaced" my tub but after four months it started to chip and I noticed was very hard to clean. How UNPROFESSIONAL to not even call me back, EVER after repeated calls. I was recently told by another contractor that he didn't even use glaze, he used paint! No wonder why it won't clean and chips. A friend of mine called him today and he said to my friend "that he does not guarantee commercial jobs and he would call me back" What? He KNEW that I was an Airbnb host because that was the biggest reason why I wanted my guest tub reglazed! Also, he never told me about this "not guaranteeing commercial jobs" He lied to my friend and he USED PAINT!!!!! NOT GLAZE!!!. BTW, of course, he never called me back. Clearly he is hiding behind something because otherwise any decent human being would call an upset customer back after the first phone call. I've been trying to get in touch with him for over 7 months! And I am out close to $700. What a jerk!

The measuring team did a pretty good job although there was a couple inaccuracies that caused some issues during installation. We use our own Installer; so when the cabinets were installed, Angela didn't like to be bothered with questions or concerns. She does not like to talk on the phone and will text only which can be maddening when you are trying to troubleshoot. They sold us a pull out drawer under the kitchen sink, which could not be used because our plumbing was coming from the floor, which they knew, but still did not want to give me a refund for the unusable pull out. The wrong hood mechanics was originally ordered, when I reached out to her, she ordered another hood kit and charged me 106 more dollars. When it arrived, it was the wrong hood kit also. She will not refund me the money for either hood kit And instead of talking to me about it, she has blocked my phone number. Bob came out the same week, on time. That was my first wow moment! He put together a proposal, which included a detail list of materials, as well as 3D models showing the kitchen at many different views, and pricing was very fair. From there everything went pretty much seamless. Based on his models, I made changes to my original plan and was able to optimize my space. Their installers are top notch. Working around other contractors (this was a whole house remodel), as well as being open to working around our work schedules. I can't say enough about Bob, Robert, Kurt and of course Charlie. These guys know what they are doing, and in my opinion they under promised and over delivered. I could not be happier with my new kitchen, it's gorgeous and more than I had anticipated. Beware! We had Heller do a large custom kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The primary reason for the 2…read morerating, is they've refused to address an improper install on an under the sink slide out drawer. A clearance of 1/16" was all that was left between the slide out and the sink P-trap. The drawer should have been installed lower, or a notch cut for allow proper clearance. Heller had denied all responsibility, and refuse to answer my request to speak with the owner. The P-trap shifted, hitting the drawer, caused a leak, and ruined it. There was also a few other issues that Heller wasn't customer focused on: install of the light rail (insisted that leaving a gap/caulking vs. notching of this feature normal, it is not! After back and forth, they agreed to do it correctly, and it was simple and looks great), and a few drawers that auto close/fit isn't correct on that they insist is "normal". Cabinet quality is fine, but NO true customer service. I'll add this was a $50K book of business. I would not recommend.
