I ordered the carrot cake and we devoured it. It was so tasty and looked beautiful. I can't wait to try more flavors, with lemon being next.

There's a self serving kiosk but I crashed at some point when we were looking through our choices. We ended up having the worker help us. They helped me choose my flavor because I was debating on either smores or banana. I'm glad I ended up with banana! Banana(8/10): The cake part basically tasted like banana bread and it was quite delicious! As much as I enjoyed it, I thought the frosting was overly sweet. I would still choose that flavor if I were to choose again! Protein(0/10): I thought the whole thing was very dry and it didn't help with the frosting being overly sweet. Definitely, will not be choosing this again. Service(10/10): They were kind and helpful! I accidentally dropped my cupcake and I was devastated! I asked if they were ok with switching it out and luckily they allowed it! I was very grateful for the worker that helped us! Overall, a place worth trying especially for their service!

The app is easy to use with birthday specials that will make you want to return. Located in the mezzanine next to stairs. It's small and easy to miss in the plaza. Across from pink clothing store and next to mango (coming soon). I had the tasty red velvet cupcake which was flaky and moist. But the garnish candy on top was too much sugar it was bad. However the cupcake and icing was mouth watering. You can order pickup which is faster. The staff are professional and can accommodate for special orders in advance if needed.

And I know that vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting is pretty easy to make, but sometimes I'd rather just buy baked goods than make them for myself, especially when I'm driving past what I thought was a popular (and presumably good) bake shop. I expected a high-quality cupcake. The cupcakes looked cute, but they were as dry as the Sahara. They should have been labeled as white cupcakes as I didn't detect any vanilla in them. I suspect that the "buttercream" was made with milk and margarine and powdered sugar.....so much powdered sugar. It was sickeningly sweet, and it was dry too. And a true bettercream doesn't even use powdered sugar. So not only were the cupcakes terrible, they were not even what they purported to be. This is like calling a cut of meat a filet mignon and serving a hamburger. Von's, Ralphs and Albertson's make better cupcakes than this for a fraction of othe price.

I have been here twice in the past, but not in a long time. Needed to buy a box of yummy cupcakes for my friend's birthday and wanted few for me and my son. Rubina, the owner being so sweet, kind, nice, and helpful helped me to choose variety of cupcakes for my friend, and also helped me to decide what my cravings were.? I went with like 6 cupcakes of different kind, and they looked AMAZING!! Got Chocolate cupcake, berry cupcake with light frosting on top, & Red Velvet Cupcake for me and my son to share. Their cupcakes are seriously addicting, in the most dangerous way!:-) They are light, fresh, yummy, and full of flavor w/out being too sweet. Simply irresistible. They have a clean shop, cute, quaint, and welcoming. They only make cupcakes. No other types of goodies. Just letting you guys know. They do deliveries and small catering for your occasions. Moderate prices. Plenty of parking shared with numerous businesses and one last thing; go see the owner and she will help you to pick out your favorites!

So if you're looking for that Susie Cakes sugar rush, you won't find it here. This is for those that have an affinity for the subtle nuances in flavor profiles. The chocolate varieties taste similar to what my wife makes - you can taste the intensity of the natural chocolate flavor thanks to espresso. It's the secret to a deep, beautiful chocolate batter. The owners are lovely as well. The lady took the time to go over the flavors and explain the lack of heavy sugars. Such a cute spot tucked away in a strip mall behind Starbucks. I'll be back for a 6 pack of blueberry cupcakes soon!

Ever since reopening after the pandemic, both the service and food quality seem to have steadily deteriorated. I keep returning out of nostalgia for what it once was, but each visit leaves me more disappointed than the last. On my most recent visit, the service was noticeably dismissive and a bit sassy. The food was equally underwhelming. The Calabrese pizza was excessively greasy, and while I managed to finish the ribeye because I was absolutely famished, it was overcooked and dry, but at only $65 for the bone-in ribeye with fries, I guess I can't really complain. What truly ruined the experience, however, was the pear martini. It arrived garnished with a pear that still had the produce sticker attached. At best, this demonstrates a shocking lack of attention to detail and at worst, it raises concerns about whether the fruit was even properly washed. Seeing that completely killed our appetites. The restaurant removed the drink from the bill after i asked them to, but unfortunately the response felt indifferent, as though no one particularly cared that such an obvious mistake had made. After years of returning Bottega Louie, this visit was likely my last. It's disappointing to watch a once great restaurant decline so noticeably, but unless something changes, I can't imagine returning.
