In the morning rush they can be a little busy but the staff work hard. On a recent visit I saw people eating their steak breakfast burritos, so I ordered one for myself and a coworker. The burritos were reasonable size, the steak was seasoned well, and the breakfast burrito had potatoes in it (I only like breakfast burritos that have potatoes/hash browns/tots in it). The coupon code they had given me didn't work on their website, so I emailed customer service for assistance. They were so helpful and redeemed it for me, asking what flavor and time I wanted to pick it up. My heart raced again, fearful I would drive all that way and they would run out of the last vegan cupcake. The customer service person assured me that they would put it aside for me with my name on it. I arrived about 10 minutes after the time I had ordered it for, as traffic was atrocious. Thankfully I found a meter across the street to park at. When I arrived, the employee enthusiastically greeted me and had such a great bubbly energy. The store itself was fun and vibrant. She was very helpful in finding my item, which had been placed in the back of the store. She brought it out and it was clearly labeled on the box that it was the vegan red velvet, so I could be assured it was indeed mine. When I got home, I ate the cupcake. It was so rich and indulgent and they do such an amazing job creating a soft delectable cake with a smooth and creamy cheesecake frosting. The frosting is the perfect balance of sweet with just a little bit of tartness. To say that what I envisioned wasn't nearly as incredible as what she created would be an understatement. It was perfect in every way. She didn't attempt to upsell me on a larger cake or additional cupcakes which I really appreciated. A few months ago, I reached back out to Angie for my daughter's first birthday cake. Again, I gave Angie a rough idea of what I wanted and the end result was absolutely exceptional! Guests ooh'ed and ahh'd over how beautiful it was. Now a pretty cake is one thing, but the other fantastic element to Angie's cakes is that they taste divine! Moist, delicious and something I felt proud to serve to our guests.

You can build your own customizable cake if you're adventurous with plenty of toppings to choose from. They also have signature cakes if you get overwhelmed and want to keep it simple. My better half and I shared a Strawberry Shortcake. We were both surprised by how good it is! A perfectly moist and tasty treat! They also write your name on the cake box so you can take pics and humblebrag to your friends/family. We like that all the cakes are individual-sized so it's not too heavy.
