Adorable little shop with lots of gift options if you just can't find a particular gift. They're not all flowers. I got some cute painted dragonflies for the beside my pool. I also took a flower arranging class. There were a few too many people in the class, it was crowded and hard to see the instructor and her arrangement. The instructor was excellent, I do recommend it. I had to leave early because my foot hurt and we were standing the whole time. Be aware that you will not be sitting down during 2.5+ hour Class. There were hors d'oeuvres and punch and wine prior to the class, which is fun. They needed a few more seats for the large number of students they accepted for the class. I do recommend the class. We did a summer flower arrangement with gorgeous flowers and they told you how to do everything. It would've helped if the instructor was on a pedestal with her arrangement higher up so we could see her at the other end of the table. Overall, it was a fun class, well arranged, and beautiful flowers, just suggest they have a few less people in the small space. Also be aware you will be standing the entire time. Adorable Shop. After the review posted about my experience on Saturday, 6/21/25, I was very happy with the assistance from Lance, the manager on Sunday, 6/22. I called this afternoon and spoke with him. He gave me the option of having a "do over" of the incorrect order from 6/21 or getting a refund of the total order. As I would need to go to there either way, I chose the remake of the order, I didn't have to cook dinner. Lance was so very accommodating and a pleasure to talk with. As long as Lance is the duty manager, you have a winner!! read more

I bought a Christmas tree arrangement for my mom as we have such fond memories of picking a tree. So the photo of tree on there site was just the one to send! HOWEVER she received and arranged of a few flowers and mostly filler green branches for $100. Is this a BIAT & SWITCH type of deal?? Why is it so difficult to make an arrangement to what they offer! Im from Boston and sending to Florida and i expect the arrangement to AT MOST look like the photo for $100. Why not put the picture of what they made be on site!! Received flowers again from Betty J's Florist and sooo disappointed this time. Once i found out it cost $175, i decided post that review. Flowers were not arranged, felt that someone (but not a florist) just put a bunch of stuff together, not leveled, not designed at all, plus that huge old fashioned bow just to occupy some space. Like i honestly will never guess it was made by a professional florist, as bad it was. Next day called them multiple times, no respond. The day after, called again, were told someone would follow up. 4th day after delivery, nobody followed up, called again, they said they will come to pick up old flowers and send a replacement. It was very weird to hear about a replacement 4 days after the occasion, especially when they want to pick up previous arrangement. But, we agreed, better than the sad looking bouquet... a gentleman came, picked up an old bouquet which was already partially fallen apart. New bouquet was delivered, better looking, but still nothing similar to the bouquets i used to get from them last year. And of of the tulips was sadly handing on the side at the moment of delivery. Also the bouquet is very very small for the amount paid. You guys look at the pictures I'm posting and do judgement yourself. By the way, we were told the florist who used to make arrangements for us last year, no longer working there. May be that is the case. But overall, not impressed with customer service and arrangement. It took 4 days to get a replacement, after so many calls. Nobody followed up by their own. And instead of sending an amazing replacement, received a small bouquet especially based on the amount paid. I will not come back, even thou we ordered flowers with them before. Very disappointed how situation was handled- resolution, time it took and bouquet received. Giving 2 stars only because replacement was send, otherwise it was definitely 1 star experience and poor, slow customer service. read more

Ordered a sympathy bouquet over the phone and the ladies in the shop were extremely accommodating. Lisa helped me by directing me to their webpage for a visual, told me to call back after I had chosen and then she would process the order over the phone. When I called back, I got the owner, because Lisa was with a customer. I was given the option to wait for Lisa or to be helped by the owner, in the essence of time, I chose the later. Went in last minute for a corsage and they were able to make it within 15 minutes. They were friendly, introduced me to the cat employees and offered me a seat while I waited. The corsage was beautiful and lasted for about 4 days after the event. We dried the flowers and they still look great for a keepsake now for my daughter. My husband also ordered Valentine flowers here and picked them up to give to us in person. The flowers were gorgeous and they lasted for almost 2 weeks. The owner of this shop spent 30 minutes with me on the phone to go through availability of flowers, arrangement style, and to take care of payment and cards. I have used Betty J's Florist several times over the last few years and have been happy overall. Their prices are high when compared to other places but their flowers are fresh and delivery is reliable. The colors in each bouquet are so vibrant and cheerful that I have overlook that they sometimes cut corners with cheaper filler type flowers. I do believe that each arrangement that I have purchased is stunning no matter what flowers are showcased. I would recommend Betty J's Florist but suggest that you call them and ask what flowers that they have on hand and order a very specific arrangement. They will do a beautiful job. What good is it if you can't use it when you need it? Betty J's Fulfilled my teleflora order for my mother. I ordered as premium bouquet. The bouquet was supposed to have lovely spring variety. Mind you I paid 70 dollars for this bouquet. It is supposed to be one sided and instead they were just thrown in a lackluster arrangement with filler. Most of the flowers from the original bouquet were not in it. I am so disappointed and hurt because this is for my mother. A woman who deserves everything and more. She is proud of the bouquet but I don't have the heart to show her what I intended for her to receive. I now have to go pick up additional flowers to make up for this pathetic arrangement. I will never use them again... and I am steering my family and friends away from Betty J's. read more

Ordered from out of state for my mom's birthday and really hoped to have a positive experience with Betty J's. I've included a photo of the bouquet I ordered (and premium size), the one that was originally delivered, and the re-delivered arrangement. The original delivery was awful. It was smaller than the standard and the quality of the flowers looked poor. The re-delivered flowers were the completely wrong color and while it looked closer to being the right size, it was subpar. This order cost me a total of $150. I'm adding this review because while I hate to deal with a lack of integrity, I feel it important for future customers who may be ordering from out of state to know they may need to look elsewhere, unless they have someone to quality check and pickup on their behalf. Major disappointment as I'd paid to surprise my mom with beautiful flowers for her birthday. Incredibly embarrassing and infuriating. Never again. read more

Well, I've driven by this little florist a handful of times, because they are located about 2 miles away from where my parents now live. I thought hey, cool a small town florist that will surely be able to help me get my mom some flowers on Mother's Day. Now, believe me, I understand that this is one of the busiest days of the year for a florist and not the most opportune time to try and arrange for a delivery. So I was ok when I called a few days before, and they said delivery would not be available due to the high workload for the weekend. I said, "Well, ok, that's no problem, how about I purchase an arrangement over the phone and send my dad to pick them up?" The lady needs a little fine tuning in her customer service, and possibly a new phone. I had to explain to her at least 4 times that I lived in Michigan, my parents live around the corner and that I wanted to purchase some flowers for my Mother as a Get Well Soon/Mother's Day gift. And I said not to worry about delivering them as it would be no issue to have my Dad pick them up. I asked if she could do one simple question, as I was sitting in front of my computer and simply needed her to tell me which of the Teleflora bouquets (or at least something similar that was on her website) were in stock, and I'd make a decision and purchase. This could have been an easy transaction, and I could have been a life long customer with a little kind customer service. But she was too busy to either listen or lend a helping hand for someone who wanted to make a purchase. Grant it, I understand Mother's Day was right around the corner, which is why I am giving them 2 out of 5. But if I was Teleflora, I would definitely take my sticker off of this florists door due to the poor customer service. Off to find a more accommodating florist, and hopefully have better luck. Betty, you just lost this guy's business. Hopefully someone else has a better experience, and maybe just maybe I'll give them a second chance. read more

This is a wonderful florist to deal with. On very short notice (and a holiday!) they created a gorgeous funeral spray and delivered to the funeral home in plenty of time. I spoke with Rilla, who could not have been more understanding and helpful. Customer service is important any time, but when particularly so when dealing with the death of a loved one.
