I have some TMJ issues and Grace really focused on this area as she's medically trained to treat things like this. She was really aggressive in working out my muscles, which at times make me groan in pain. BUT, I literally walked out of there feeling like a different person. I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, and various other massage therapist. Only 1 massage therapist has made a significant positive difference - and he lives all the way in Washington State! I scoured the internet and yelp for medical massages - I don't need the fluff of a spa or a place to relax, I needed someone to get in there and work out that pinched nerve! I needed results! I can't thank Ross enough for how much time and care she took when working on me last week. She was thorough, and had lots of tricks up her sleeves including aromatherapy and some metal scraping tools. I have never had someone use a fascia tool on me and was absolutely thrilled!! Ohhh wee....I was in pain on the table and was sore after...but the massage worked! My pain isn't as bad and for the first time in 4 months i was able to sleep on the side of the pinched nerve!! I found my GO TO massage therapist in Dallas and am considering getting a membership for a 1 hour tune up per month to see Ross. I have lots of orthopedic pain issues and generally choose deep tissue massage. Christina's technique is very effective in treating deep knots and tension and I always leave feeling better. She utilizes a variety of techniques and customizes her approach to the needs of the client. Her office space is nice and soothing and parking is easy. Aromatherapy and hot compress and towels are integrated into even the most basic massage. She also offers tuning fork therapy which has been effective for me in reducing pain and tension.
