Then he had the audacity to give me a hard time for having a "stiff neck" and said it was "all in my head". I have been feeling crappy all day the next day. I was trying to give him a chance but honestly he is rude and I think I can do better. He is not very welcoming to newcomers nor is he gentle at times. I would say that if he just kept his mouth shut instead of acting like a know-it-all, the process would have maybe garnered him 3 stars. Besides, if something were wrong, all he had to do was tell me to relax and help me with releasing more tension for him to work with. Don't give me flack for something that I can't help. I tell you all this not to impress you, but to impress upon you that I can speak on this with some authority. No one, not one place I've been to, comes close to Cemetria. She is phenomenal. It is very clear that she's an outstanding communicator, has anticipated every client need, and more than anything, that she's passionate about her work and is astonishingly good at it. Once it was time for my appointment, I was taken aside to discuss service needs. Once were in session, the sound of the ocean was played. I elected to have the Swedish Massage by Denise. A warmed towel, rod and heated lavender scented pillow were all incorporated. My neck wasn't feeling the massage headrest long term. So, I moved myself onto the bed completely. Do what you gotta do. The massage was helpful for releasing some knots around my shoulders and overall circulation. I also added the under eye patch treatment. The rooms are a curtain away from each other. So, note that once back near and/or in your room that the staff communicates in hushed whispers. I wasn't quite sure when the appointment was to start and finish. I feel like I blinked and it over.
