They charged me $200 to relax and unwind and failed to close down the bathroom for repairs. The woman who checked me out did not apologize and In fact tried to guilt me into adding more money. They give you a nice warm robe and a "goodie bag". I never been to a massage place where they give you a little bag of toothpaste, mouthwash, hair tie, etc.... What a nice gesture.
