Anyway, I love the staff so much I kept them as my dentist even when I moved to Calgary. Twice a year I would make the trip for my cleanings. Sometimes I had to make trips for fillings etc. Dr Pavlenko introduced me to fillings without freezing. I was super scared but was more scared of the freezing as my 1st cavity was filled just before he took over and I was frozen for almost 24 hours. He promised me if it hurt he would stop and freeze me how ever the "pain" was less painful than the pain I felt from the freezing. I have had all my subsequent filings freezing free. If I procreate I can't wait to bring my spawn here after they get their 1st fang too.

I was first impressed with the receptionist who at the time was also one of the hygienists. She was very friendly but professional as well. I also was impressed with Dr. Grout. He was also friendly and professional. They fixed my problem quickly and did it well. I knew from then on I had found my permanent dentist. I have been back twice a year for pleasant cleanings and any major work that was needed as well. I have never had a bad experience here. Of course I questioned how this could be possible. I was told there are people with four health insurance policies and still have to pay out of pocket. If that's really the case, should they not start examining their own fees? Ridiculous. I was told someone would get back to me to follow up on this. This was about two months ago, yet, when I don't answer an email from them, I receive letters in the mail stating that they cannot get a hold of me. I was also repeatedly requested to remove my reviews from social media, which I also found inappropriate. Anyway, they kept asking me why I hadn't switched care providers if I was so dissatisfied. I did it mainly because I had been seeing Dr Au since I was in elementary school, but, since they insisted, I have since found a new care provider. Thank you for valuing your long time clients, Clareview Belmont Dental, and for obviously overcharging your patients to the extent that three health policies won't even cover your entire bill.
