I am truly happy with my experience every time I visit the salon. There is a younger gentleman that is absolutely phenomenal at his job and he's always so accommodating. Definitely a great salon compared to others I have been to! I moved down here a year ago and got 3 pedicures so far and had no complaints they take their time I did not feel rushed. Of course no matter where you go it will be a long wait if you did not make a reservation or sometimes even if you did but I don't judge them on that because that is normal at all salons. I just got a full set from them for the first time and I think it was the manager/ or owner but she did a great job and took her time the shape was perfect and that is hard to find. No complaints! I got a chrome color and the last salon that did this for me they did not come out this good so I am very happy and will be back! read more

I went for a gel manicure and a pedicure yesterday. The manicure sucked. I mean it looks good now, but, they were not going to trim my cuticles, they never put lotion on my hands. They never soaked my nails to soften the cuticles and basically it was just a quick rush job. tonight I went back to get a wax because I didn't have time to go through with it last night. I was told five minutes. So I said OK I'm gonna run right next-door and buy some distilled water and I'll be right back. By the time I came back, there were two people in front of me. Mind you I did sign in when I first got in, and there was nobody in front of me then. And I told the gentleman I was running next-door quickly I would be right back. Two people in front of me. I schedule my nail appointments for 10am when they open. I soon realized that was a waste of time since they tend to open whenever they feel like it. Making appointments with a tech of our choice is also a waste of time, since they not show up for work until they are called at home to come in! It has taken 2 hours to get a simple nail fill because they start on you then go to do something to another client. My nail beds have been hit with the files to the point of bleeding, acrylic is left all over my fingers, cuticles are not cut back and I have had to finish filing down the sharp edges at home. I have tried to communicate to them the issues for the past year that I have been going there. But, the last few appointments I have made me realize that it is all falling on deaf ears. They don't care! I will not be returning to this salon again. read more

Rude staff, poor customer service. They butchered my fiancée's nails and also destroyed her natural nail bed. On top of that, the lady doing her nails was verbally condescending throughout the entire process. This place is very dirty. When I arrived I asked if they had time for me as it was a Saturday and I didn't have an appointment. I was told "yes go sit at that table." I went there and it was filthy. I thought it was a temporary spot since it was not set up to do nails and it was so dirty. I was having a gel Manicure and I assumed they would call me over to one of the nail stations when they were ready for me. Other people who were coming after me were being seated before me and I kept being told "soon." Finally, someone came over and proceeded with removing my old gel. I still kept expecting to be moved to one of the nail stations but they kept me at this dirty table that was not set up at all for a manicure. No towels or bowls of water, etc. Just a dirty table. They ended up doing my entire manicure at this table. I never go back. Horrible experience. The place over all was not clean. I looked at some of the nail stations and they did not look much cleaner than the table where I was placed. Just set up. read more

horrible , the lady that did my fill in proceeded to watch a video to the side of her doing my nails on her phone. which caused her to mess up. as she was putting the acrylic on my nails it was DRIPPING off my nail. and she then put more to fix my nail. now two of my nails are extremely thick and look square . not to mention since she was not paying attention and watching her show. the tool she was using burned me about 3 times on each finger . do the math. no tip then got mad cause there was no tip. read more

I wish negative stars existed. My mom had a couple bad experiences here, but we were desperate for a place to go, so we gave them a shot. Walking in, there were 3 people working and two manicures being finished. The place looked...dirty. Old nail shavings not swept up, nothin wiped down...etc. We wanted to get pedicures and signed in without being acknowledged. Finally, a woman came over and led my mom to a pedicure seat. My mom asked if we could get done together, but it was clear she didn't speak English and just kept pointing to the seat. My mom sat down and we assumed since the 2 manicures being done were just about finished, that I would be attended to in a couple minutes. The woman started my moms feet and I kinda stood next to her for a couple minutes. Finally, she signaled for me to sit next to her. I sat down and waited for ten minutes. I saw the two woman getting manicures had left, and the other two staff members standing/talking/looking at their cell phones. After about 15 minutes the lady that was doing my moms pedicure turned on my water. It was getting ridiculous. The water was cold, and still the other two staff members were ignoring us. I kept thinking "I am going to leave with a disease". The pedicure chairs trays/arm rests were filthy and it was clear that they had never been wiped down. Like...ever. My mom wouldn't even put her phone down on hers. Finally, after two people came and left for a wax, I asked for a towel. It was clear the pedicures were going to be one at a time, but we weren't given any direction or explanation. The guy came over and gave me a towel and mumbled "sorry only one pedicure person". They should have explained that right off the bat or at least a some point during the 25 minutes I had sat there. I ended up doing some shopping and came back as my moms pedicure was being finished up. She was fuming, but clearly had to finish up. The lady that did the pedicure was the only sweet/nice person there. She was older and did a great job. But after she prepped my moms feet, she got up and a younger and very snitty women say down to paint her toes. She did a terrible, gloppy job and there was paint on my moms skin. Great look. The kicker?? She gets up after painting and states "done" and walks away! We just stood there wondering what to do next. Finally I had to ask across the room "is there somewhere she can sit so they can dry?". A guy pointed to the dryer chair and grudgingly put it on. Oh I'm sorry, are we inconveniencing you?? We will never, ever go back. The place should be out of business. This is a special occasion treat for us, and they acted like they were inconvenienced by us the entire time. read more

Love this nail salon... I have been to many others and I am just never happy with how my nail turn out/ always fall off or break. I will never go anywhere else... Best nail salon I have ever been too... Always love my nail after they are done, they also don't fall off or Break... They know what they are doing. And don't over charge like other salons... Learned my lesson... Staff is also very nice and friendly... Only issue I have is i always have a long wait but can't complain they have lots of business because the are great and do a good job...
