Upon entering, I was greeted promptly and escorted to the upstairs waiting area for my nails. Tricia was my technician, and she was lovely! On time, professional and friendly. The manicure itself was great and thorough. Very pleased with the service! This was my first visit. Based on their social media and website, I had an image in my head of a somewhat upscale salon. The curb appeal is a bit dated and worn, but there is ample parking which is nice! I entered the salon through the rear door (there are 2 entrances which I learned after. The one in the rear is for the lower level which I *think* is the salon. The front entrance goes to the second level which is nails, massages and facials from what I saw. You can get upstairs easily from the lower entrance though - just a bit confusing). The decor leaves a lot to be desired. It did not feel like a relaxing and upscale salon - more of a worn early 90's cream leather type of style. The arm chair I waited in was cracking so bad that I had cream colored flakes all over my arm. They also do not have enough dryers. There was a party of 4 pedicures that finished just before me and took up all of the dryers, so I sat in the waiting room letting my nails air dry. They also do not use new or sterilized nail files and instruments on each new client. I don't get manicures often, so am unsure of the policy on this - but see it noted in salon reviews often. Overall, the service itself was great, but it certainly didn't feel like a relaxing spa otherwise.

It took a bit of time to finally get a sit down. They basically yelled across customers to ask what I wanted and to tell me to choose a color from their basket of color palettes. It was hard for me to figure out where I was suppose to get it as they were just shouting it across the shop. The lady did a good job on my nails. I got a dip and she definitely worked hard on it. FYI- They charge extra for credit card. Overall- great job, pretty bad customer service.

No one even seemed to acknowledge me being there or indicate I'd need to wait (once again). Many people there are pleasant but one or two are quite dismissive. Also, it is always loud as they are constantly shouting to each other in a foreign language. Not relaxing. I see them cleaning but the place is just so cluttered and messy; it often feels unclean. Some of the polishes are old. I guess I've kept going back because it was convenient and I liked that they did back massages. However, the constant waiting, loud atmosphere, and often dismissive attitude has just finally turned me away.

Jen has been doing my hair and nails now for awhile, Felicia is doing my eyebrows and my daughters hair. It's always a day I look forward to, getting my hair and nails done. I leave feeling gorgeous. The products are a step above most other salons so they leave your hair gorgeous but healthy. And prices are on target with other salons. I highly recommend them.

I never post reviews, and I used to go to this salon a lot a few years ago. I regret going back…read morethis time :( first- I'm very pregnant so I wanted to treat myself to a mani pedi before baby comes. Nail tech ended up making me bleed while doing my cuticles, and I bled A LOT. He had to apply pressure for several minutes to the cut he made on my cuticle/skin. Then he went to do a stone massage, I felt the water and told him it was much too hot. It was way hotter than it should have been. He looked at me and proceeded to pour the bowl of super hot water on both my legs and I even made a noise because it was so uncomfortable. He had me get out of the pedi chair myself, normally not a problem but I am 35 weeks pregnant. it took me a while to get out and he just stared at me the entire time. I even looked at him ready to ask him for a hand but he was really impatient with me. we do the mani and I asked for a simple French, regular polish. things are going better and then he cuts tooo deep on cuticle again and I bleed enough where he has to apply pressure with a small gauze. he did it again on another finger. My cuticles are very red on that hand now. then he doesn't finish the manicure and has someone else do it. this person finishes the manicure in record time but left me to dry at the manicure table for at least 30 mins with nothing drying my nails. eventually I had to ask if I should go over to the drying station instead and someone brings me over. everyone else around me gets a brief shoulder massage but they didn't do that for me. I thought OK they must be busy. I wait a little bit until I'm dry until I look at the time and realize I need to leave so I can eat because I'm starting to feel sick. It's been about 2 hours now (not so bad on a busy day maybe but because I didn't get gel or dip or anything I guess I thought it would be faster) get up and see that my heels are still wrapped in Saran Wrap with callus softener on them even though he finished my pedi!!!! At this point my hormones were starting to make me really emotional and I decided to leave without tipping (I paid a full $75 for the service) the manager chased me out and asked me why I didn't tip, so I told her everything. I've never felt the need to do something like that before. Within an hour of leaving, I not only chip some of the French tip off, my nail CRACKED! I am so disappointed and will have to figure out a way to fix it myself. wanted to do something relaxing before I give birth in a few weeks but it was anything but. :( I'm also feeling a lot of guilt, I've never had this bad of an experience there, and everyone else looked like they got a great service. my mother in law came with me and she was so happy, her tech was so nice and nails look amazing. I guess I got unlucky today.
