OMFG I'm honestly not willing to share for my Masseuse's identity because I don't want you hogging her! but she is so good. I've seen 2 girls here now, but I definitely have a go to. My lower back was sore; I thought it was a knot, but she explained there's gas trapped inside my stomach. She did a series or stretches on my back, some things on my stomach, I felt pain in areas of my body I didn't realize I had. This is by far the best massage I've gotten. I've been summoned to come back until she's fixed me. I am SO sold! Everything about this place is great- Panda the owner is so sweet, accommodating, understanding, and remembered me from both my visits, you can tell the staff really take pride in what they do. I am a bartender and my shoulders and back are full of knots and tension. Prior to coming to Beverly Hills Spa, I was having difficulty raising my arms due to heavy knots and intense pain. I had a 60 min deep tissue massage and I can say with confidence that it was the BEST massage I've ever received, (and I've had many). When you say hard pressure, they listen- amazing! My masseuse identified my problem areas and really went to town. I have to admit I almost tapped out a few times, but I let her continue and I'm glad I did. I already have my range of motion back and the intense tension in my neck is gone. I will be coming back frequently!! I really hate to have to write a review for this place, but I have to say this was by far the WORST massage I have ever had. I requested a Swedish massage, and lady giving me my massage (don't remember her name) was literally using her elbow and forearms the entire time. I don't even know how to explain it, but this was no where near a massage. I'm not sure if she was new or simply just didn't care but it was completely unacceptable. When she turned me over on my back, all she did was stretch me. I have never wanted to walk out in the middle of a massage as much I did that day. Horrible and I won't be coming back. read more

Before I decided to come here, I also went to another massage store that is not far from this one, whose name is golden massage, $60 one hour, looked weird inside so I decided not to go. This spa is a little small but looks clean. $65 one hour I had a great deep tissue massage. All my tension and stress was relived after it. They didn't try to change my plan or sell me anything or talk to interrupt me . All I had is a quiet massage that I really needed. It's worthwhile to have a massage with its price. I will come often. And I am sorry I just paid 28% yesterday, I was willing to pay $25 at least. When I get back home, I calculated 28% is just around $19. Very sorry for my masseur, you deserve more. I've had several 8 to 10 out of 10 massages here. It's a little expensive for the size of the spa but they practice good cleanliness and maintain an organized schedule / operating hours. I would recommend getting a deep tissue / combo massage with Jasmine! Visited for a second time, mostly because it's very close to where we are. We work a ton and are too tired to drive around town. TBH, The first time we went, the massage was good for me, not so much for my SO. The scrub was kind of weird because it's a dry scrub - you're not in a wet room like I've been in past body scrubs. So it didn't exactly do wonders for my skin, and frankly it left me rashy & irritated. Like semi damp washcloths scrubbing you on damp sheets feels kind of icky. What I had forgotten & what came flooding back to me from that visit and into the second visit was, once again this time, just like last time, we booked a couples massage but they suddenly didn't have that room available anymore. So once again, we just accepted separate rooms, as we just wanted to get in there and get it done at this point because of timing. The first time we went, we had two hours each- a one hour deep tissue massage and 1 hour body scrub/massage. We said we wanted a 90 minute massage with a 30 minute scrub. Whatever. The receptionist billed it kind of weird, as it was much higher than we saw on the price sheet; then asked me how much tip I wanted to leave and I said 20%? She seemed irritated at that. Frankly, spending over $400 for two people, 20% seems more than fair and it's what we generally tip for massages and restaurants if it's good. Especially considering there's no amenities like a sauna, spa area or anything you would find in a typical day spa. If it's extra extra then we will pay extra beyond that- we do often. I'm like... OK... What should we tip them? And she said standard was 45%. Then she went on to explain that they spent two hours of their time with services for us, and kind of shamed us into tipping what seemed like an excessive amount, especially as we were already overcharged. What was amnesia was no longer, the second time. My SO said he had an ok massage, I did not. My massage woman looked like she was having dental work done and was very lethargic and disinterested in my massage. After I flipped over, she barked "sit up!" Then did some weird thing with her knees in my back, finishing off with a gorilla pound to my shoulders, then dashed out like the building was on fire. On top of being late and leaving early from it... it was fine though, because honestly I wanted it to be over too. Like I get it girl, I'm tired too, that's why I'm there. But when I'm at work, I work. $65 seems like a decent deal for an hour, but if they're expecting, pushing (& shaming) you to pay 45% gratuity, why not just call it a $95 massage and not try to catfish people in there with a massage looking like some kind of deal? Be transparent. Beyond that, who wants to have anxiety and stress over getting a massage? If it wasn't for this tipping weirdness, I might've considered giving it a 3rd shot but, looks like we'll drive to the spa from now on. read more
