I was able to get their one month unlimited membership and am so stoked because that means I can come daily to get my sauna needs. I can't express how beneficial saunas are good for the body and soul. A few of which is the detoxification it provides by helping the body eliminate toxins. Another big benefit that I love is how it helps to improve your cardiovascular health by improving blood circulation, lowering blood pressure, and reducing the risk of heart disease. It is so great because not only is it a stress reliever it is very relaxing. Life happens, and I was unable to make my scheduled appointment. I tried to cancel through the app, only to realize there isn't even an option to cancel online, which is already frustrating. So I called the studio. No answer. I called again and finally reached a young woman who, surprisingly, didn't even seem to know the company's own cancellation policy. She repeatedly told me she would have to call her manager because she wasn't sure whether there was a cancellation fee. That immediately raised concerns. I even asked, "So your manager isn't at the location?" She told me no and assured me multiple times that she would call her manager and get back to me. I specifically asked if she would call me back, and she repeatedly reassured me that she would. She never did. I waited over an hour and a half. During that time, I called the studio three more times while they were still open. No one answered a single call. To be clear, I was never arguing about the cancellation fee. I literally told her that I understood business is business and that I was okay paying a cancellation fee if that was the policy. My goal was simply to reschedule my appointment for the following morning because I still wanted to come in. Instead, I was completely ignored. What made the situation even more confusing was being told that I had already been charged for my 8:30 p.m. session before the appointment had even happened. With no return call, no follow-up, and no one answering the phones, I was left completely in the dark. The level of customer service I received was incredibly disappointing. The employee I spoke with barely seemed engaged in the conversation, never introduced herself, didn't follow through on what she told me, and left me to chase answers myself. One simple phone call would have resolved this entire situation. It's amazing how one employee can completely change a customer's opinion of a business. After my first visit, I was genuinely excited to become a frequent customer. After this experience, I honestly have no desire to return. This review isn't because of a cancellation fee. It's because of poor communication and unprofessional customer service. Customers deserve better than being told they'll receive a callback that never comes, especially when they're making every effort to communicate before their scheduled appointment. To make matters even more frustrating, they finally attempted to call me back nearly two hours later--well after my scheduled appointment time--and didn't even leave a voicemail. The sauna experience wasn't too bad. I did find the sauna itself a bit cramped and uncomfortable. I wish it was either big enough to lay down, or was more ergonomic while sitting as I found sitting in it for 45 minutes uncomfortable. I did like that it was private, although only by a curtain, so you can hear the private conversations going on outside. Not sure if I truly felt invigorated afterwards but I did sweat a lot!

When I raised this in writing, I was given an audit that actually confirmed the problem rather than resolving it. I escalated to request GM involvement, called the location twice, was redirected to the Venice location, and never received a callback. Two weeks later, still no resolution. The staff are pleasant and the facilities are lovely but the billing practices and customer service at the assistant manager level are a serious problem. If you purchase a package here, document everything in writing and verify every transaction carefully.
