JonSari is secret beauty gem of Beverly Hills. I'm so grateful for my friend Aria, who showed me this spot. Only people who is obssesed with rejuvenation, healthy treatments will understand me. This is my paradise of beauty. I would love to come here here day and share with everyone about benefits of this SPA. I was thinking this is brilliant idea to celebrate BDay party with small group of besties. We had a lot of fun. Everyone was so happy, and JonSari become our place if gathering together. Julia is the owner, over 30 years of experience, she build her idea to make this place eclectic. So many special machines and treatments in one place, it's like a Neiman Marcus, you coming here in one place and has the access for many brands with special offers. Saving your time and Julie brought the best machine only. She knows how to use them to be affective. Thank you so much for this opportunity to stay yong and beautiful without plastic surgery

Best place to celebrate my birthday with my besties.

That's roughly $8000-10000 per year. During the last 1-2 years things started to change drastically. The Cryotherapy machine that we were paying an unlimited monthly subscription for monthly, was constantly unavailable. Why? We were told they could not keep up with the demand. Meaning we were paying for a service that was not available A LOT of the time. On top of that, after we worked up to the professional level setting (coldest temp) for the cryo machine, they removed that option to save on nitrogen - and this is a "luxury" wellness center. We later found out from several employees that employees were allowed to use all the machines and services WHENEVER they wanted. Every day. All week. MAYBE (just maybe!) THAT'S WHY PAYING CUSTOMERS COULD NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. You're probably thinking "oh well you must've gotten some type of credit or partial refund for those days where you were paying for a service that was unavailable" ...nope absolutely not. Once in a while we were given the opportunity to use a totally different service like the cold plung or sauna which we really had no interest in using, but other than that it was basically a "just deal with that situation." The best part was that if we ever had to cancel last minute for any kind of emergency or something came up or we couldn't make it we were usually given grace by the employees and they would just cancel our appointment no cancellation fee...suddenly around the last three months of our membership, one of the employees decided that "today is the day we're going to all of a sudden start charging them a cancellation fee!" which absolutely made no sense, especially considering that we never got any type of refund or credit on the days where the services were unavailable. We were told my multiple employees over the years that "we never charge cancel fees for monthly subscription clients". When we would bring up our issues to the Manager Will we'd usually get a copy and paste of their terms and conditions. We finally had enough and contacted someone above Will named Shantira - we asked for a substantial refund, and also REMINDED her that we were sexually harassed by a former employee of theirs and told her that no one from management ever reached out to us about it. They said they knew of the situation. That's all. No one else ever reached out. Not even the owners. We were told we'd get back just a month refund and she refused to give me the owners email addresses. I'm sure the owners Jeff Ono and John Klein would not want to lose loyal customers like my husband and myself if they knew about the gravity of the situation and the issues and disrespect we had been dealing with. There are PLENTY of other wellness spas in WeHo / LA for a fraction of the cost that pause dares to charge for subpar service. I will end on a positive note that there were quite a few awesome employees throughout our time there. Alex being one of them. Caring, smart and empathetic.

I overslept -- and I mean that as the highest compliment my nervous system has ever paid anything. The space is immaculate. Warm, intentional, quietly luxurious without trying too hard. From the moment you step in, something in your body just... exhales. The private suites feel like a gift you give yourself. The quiet room after is the kind of stillness most of us spend years chasing. Anthony has created something rare here -- a space that actually does what wellness spaces promise. No performance. No noise. Just genuine, deep rest. I'm a women's wellness founder and I will be hosting my next curated experience here. That's how much I believe in what Wellnest is doing. If you are tired, depleted, or simply overdue for stillness -- this is your place. Go. Stay longer than you planned. You won't regret it. When we arrived, there was no concierge present despite that being promoted on their website. I had to track down the customer service number myself just to figure out how to access the room we had reserved. About 30 minutes later, I received a call from Anthony claiming I was being "inconsiderate," without even explaining why at first. After repeatedly asking what he was referring to, he said someone complained that my baby was crying -- which simply was not true. I asked him to check the cameras before making accusations, but instead he continued lecturing me and saying he was "protecting his clients." I am also a paying client. I booked and paid for my wife's experience. Once he realized that, his tone and story started changing. But by then, the damage was done. What should have been a relaxing Mother's Day experience became stressful and uncomfortable because of how we were treated. All I was doing was feeding my baby quietly. Instead of handling the situation professionally, Anthony chose to insult me, insult my wife, and send hostile text messages afterward to justify his behavior. A single customer complaint should never be enough reason to harass and disrespect another paying customer without verifying facts first. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Professionalism and customer respect are clearly not priorities here. He also thought my name was "Hayes" until I corrected him so who knows if he even called the right client. What a joke.

Pro tip: absolutely take water with you to drink or perhaps even a smoothie or other iced beverage to cool you off from the heat. My issues with this location is a couple of things. 1. Parking - this is an issue because of the lack of parking in the area, especially during prime hours during the day. If they offer garage validated parking, that was not shared. 2. The set up of this location feels weird. It feels like there was a lack of space and they did what they could with what they had. I tried the Aescape robotic massage there and the room felt like it was an extra space or they sacrificed a space for it as the outfits were kept in what was the original shower. Also, Pause Studio...while they offer a great service. It tends to be more expensive than its competitors in the space and while I appreciate how friendly their stuff is in general, the cost value analysis leads me to the conclusion that this might not be worth the money as other establishments, including Equinox offers the same services at a lower cost.

I've tried a mix of classes and services -- from challenging Pilates to deeply relaxing yin sessions and sound baths -- and each one offers something a little different depending on what I need that day. I also love that the infrared sauna sessions are set up in your own private room, which makes the experience feel even more relaxing and personal. They also do a great job of creating a sense of community. From time to time, they host special weekend events with thoughtful touches like goodie bags and guest sponsors, which makes you feel really valued as a member. I've even joined one of their group hikes, which was such a fun way to connect outside the studio. They've also brought in guest instructors for things like dance and Zumba-style classes, which keeps things fresh and interesting. What really keeps me coming back is the overall experience. The space is always clean, calm, and beautifully maintained, and I love how easy it is to just show up -- mats, towels, and props are all provided. Parking in the back is also a huge plus, especially for LA. I've found myself telling friends about it and inviting them as my guests, which says a lot. It genuinely feels like a little wellness sanctuary, and I'm really glad I found this place.

This is a normal step for anyone evaluating a fitness or wellness membership. Later, management accused me of violating their policies simply for attending both locations and permanently revoked my access. The explanation provided was inconsistent with the promotional outreach they themselves sent encouraging trial participation. The situation escalated further when I accompanied a referred guest using a guest pass that had been given to me by another member. Instead of handling the matter professionally or discussing it in good faith, "Miguel" imposed a permanent ban and stated he would not correspond further. The lack of flexibility, unwillingness to review context, and overall tone from management was disappointing for a business that markets itself as a community-oriented wellness space. Potential members should carefully review all policies and be aware that enforcement may be strict and final regardless of circumstances.
