The office has a very comfortable and uncrowded waiting room along with exceptionally clean restroom facilities. The staff is always very courteous and quite accommodating whenever I have called to schedule an appointment. The office technicians are very pleasant and skilled when carrying out the preliminaries of the visit. The Newcomer family members are very caring and take the time to put you at ease while providing a thorough examination along with an in-depth diagnosis as it pertains to your visit. There is never any rush or any pressure to purchase anything, although they do maintain a terrific eyeglass showroom with great personnel on hand in the event that you decide to purchase your glasses on site. Recently, I had a minor issue and they were able to resolve it in a prompt and timely manner much to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business to anyone in need of eye care. 5 stars all the way!
