We have had a couple issues with what we purchased ( manufacturer issues. Badcock was extremely quick to resolve the issues. With the help of Michele we were quickly back in business. I'm sure others were involved but we only know her. Their level of professionalism and knowledge of their stock is amazing as is their customer service. Even the guys that deliver and set up were friendly and very efficient. We have bought quite a few pieces from them and will use them in the future if needed. I would recommend Badcock to anyone looking for furniture in the Homosassa/CR area.

I purchased and paid for over $5k in furniture Oct 2021, my sales person was great, my experience at point of purchase was great but I was given a Jan 5th delivery date. (I later found out this was an estimated date). Come Jan 5th, I get emails saying oops, your furniture is back ordered, we will deliver Jan 15th. I call Customer Service and they don't have much information as the delay was from the warehouse folks so they update that yes my delivery will be Jan 15th. Then the warehouse folks call on Jan 11th, my order is pushed to Feb 12th. Get another call in early Feb, that it will be a partial delivery as one of the beds is back ordered until mid-March 2022. This was weird because after three calls to Customer Service, two visits to the point of sale store, I'm told the footboard and rails are in but the headboard is back ordered, then I'm told the headboard and rails are in but not the footboard. As of Feb 24th, the entire bed is not in and back ordered until late May. When you speak to the store, they say they have no ability to communicate directly with the warehouse to help sort it out. When you speak to Customer Service you get a different answer every time regarding delivery or excepted delivery dates and other than email, no ability to speak to the warehouse. Then you will get a call from the warehouse who will tell you both the Store and Customer Service are only estimating any delivery because only the warehouse knows when your purchases arrive and delivery can be made. Ashley gets a 2 because the sale experience was great and the 1/2 of the furniture I've received is as ordered. Except the factory defective nightstand that is now back ordered into late May 2022. The inability to communicate between vital departments within this company is a complete disaster for the client. It creates misinformation, constant disappointment when expected deliveries are changed days before they happen and endless frustration. As well as calling Customers Service, after 20 minutes of waiting you get the automated message, "experiencing high volume of calls, you are caller number 6, press 1, you will not loose you placed and we will call you back"....... Don't press 1, you get immediately disconnected and nobody calls you back. For a Company that brags about selling their own manufactured products to provide reasonable prices, they really need to get their communication end of the business in order. Come May, June, July or whenever they decide to deliver my remaining furniture, rest assured I'll never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. I would never recommend for any of my friends or family to experience the same.

We paid $169 for the white glove delivery service,all that included was…read moreinstalling pads on desk legs and the install the drawers and they did not even take the cardboard,tape and zip ties out of the drawers. The chair that came with it was not included in that $169 white glove service fee.They had wrong phone number on delivery form. Driver pulled up did not knock on the door called the wrong number and drove away. Took me all day to get it delivered. Very disorganized company.Beware of the white glove delivery charge!

    I was seriously in the market for some good upscale outdoor furniture and I happened to see this…read morebusiness while I was driving down the road. This was my first visit and I walked in and a lady who advised me that she was an unpaid volunteer proceeded to educate me on marine grade polymer furniture. She was knowledgeable and I was impressed with her demeanor. I noticed that the owner did not even greet me and at the time, I was the only person in the store. The volunteer gave some some good literature and I went off to research their product. After I researched and was ready to buy, I went back a second time to get some prices for a couple of groups I was interested in. The owner seemed like she did not know the furniture, and when I asked prices, she was real tentative as if she were not sure of what she was quoting. During this awkward encounter, another party barged in and tried to take over her time. They demanded the price of a furniture group in the back of her store. Instead of asking them to wait, she began giving them prices while I just stood there wondering if she was even interested in dealing with me. I might add that I was in my upscale clothing and I looked like a buyer, but over several minutes she continued to talk to them about prices. Then, when another couple walked in with a problem cushion, she immediately deferred to them. That's when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I bought from Leader's in Springhill. I got the attention I needed on a major investment. If the owner of Crystal Casual wants continued business, she should either hire the knowledgeable volunteer to help her with logistics or organize her priorities better. Two stars for the volunteer. Otherwise, none at all.
