She was super anxious, but everyone there helped her overcome her fear. Dr. Pishbin, the dental assistant, and the hygienist were all really gentle while working with my daughter, they explained everything to her so she would know exactly what was going to happen. I explained her situation to them, so they made sure to be extra patient with her and did everything possible to make her feel safe and comfortable. They let me go into the room with her while they were filling a couple of cavities, and being able to have me there with her helped her to be a lot less scared. The whole vibe here was just way less stressful and it means a lot to me how kind they were from start to finish and treated my daughter with tender loving care. Front desk was great too, we were waiting less than 5 minutes after we checked in, but I love that there's a little movie theater in the waiting room for the kids to hang out in while they wait to be called back. 100% I would recommend this office, in fact I actually have recommended it to a few friends already.

The layout and decor is friendly and fun, and the TV and little play area speaks directly to children's interests vs. sterile, empty offices you typically see that haven't been kept up in years. The staff understands kids do not generally feel rewarded when they go to a dentist - a toothbrush is not a cool toy, lol - so they stock up on balloons and little squishy toys ensuring kids walk out with a smile. I have a shy kid who gets nervous very easily, and she has blown my wife and I away with how calm she has been in her 3 visits, including filling a cavity. My son has autism and has never been able to go to the dentist sucessfully (ie. without a meltdown) until we met Dr. Bui. Likely, it's the way the doctor and the staff spoke slowly and softly to him, like they had all the time in the world. He breezed through the appt. and and happily scarfted down the sugar free candy he got on the way out. My daughter had a cavity filled by Dr. Bui. She got a composite filling. Ifound everything to be satisfactory with that. We had to pay extra for sedation because our insurance did not cover it. I feel it was worth it, she slept through the procedure and has only pleasant memories of the experience. The office staff always print out a note for school, which is convenient, and this time we were able to get a Saturday appt. so we won't have to miss any school. No pre op for surgery My 3 year old was intubated in his office (every dentist I consulted with told me this was not normal) Not conservative when recommending treatment Poor follow up after dental procedures No on call physicians for dental emergency too busy taking vacations My son had zero dental pain and now he's in the worst still 2 months after procedure Crown fell off a day after procedure Dental abcesses 2 months after procedure when again my son had no issues before besides demineralization we believed him when trying to be "preventative" and everything we were trying to avoid from happening actually happened WITH the treatment. He was is the most pain for weeks!!!!! My sons 2 front teeth are infected after his treatment. Please google him prior to having any treatment. I am writing this review based on my own experience. Luckily his current dentist is THE best and said these dentists need to be more conservative. She felt so bad for us she didn't even charge us bc she felt so sorry for him. She said his teeth had a little trauma from a fall when he was little and that they were going to fall out sooner rather than later and he should NOT have done what he did to my son.
