I love taking advantage of their Buy 1 get 1 for 5 cents Sale because I can easily score great deals on my favorite bottles of wine for less than $50 for two. Shopping for last minute birthday gifts is also a cinch as they are conveniently located inside a huge shopping mall so it is easy to locate parking no matter the time of day. Definitely sign up for their free rewards program to score points for additional savings. Customer service is great as the staff are always available to answer any questions or make recommendations. Soo I didn't want to leave a bad review here because the workers especially the lady at the front is so nice and helpful. But Me and my fiance frequent here and have had awful experiences with what I think is the store manager. He's a tall African American who typically is behind the counter but his attitude is "I-dont-want-to-work." We come in all the time and he asks if you need help but then he deflects everything and is unhelpful and doesn't answer any questions. Several times we've come in to pick up orders, he asks us for our name then leaves without helping us grab the order or checkout. At this point it's been more than just a few times. Really weird for a location to have a employee who has such a BAD attitude that it's so easily noticeable compared to all the other helpful and super nice employees. Be careful when you shop here and "Angelina" takes care of you. I needed to provide my Drivers license and she actually scanned it on register. I can be here grandfather, but there it was. I asked what if an obvious older person doesn't have ID and wants to buy alcohol at this place? It all depends was here response. This is one of the smaller BevMo locations nearby. We came in for some NA wines and healthy snacks for the holiday long weekend. Store staff were very helpful and showed me where the NA wines and beers were. I was glad that BevMo had impressive selections of non alcoholic beverages to offer! Store itself was very organized and easy to navigate. BevMo stores have basic groceries now, and that's very convenient for whatever we need at the moment. I used to order frequently from GoPuff, my last two orders in a row I made one night never arrived at my doorstep. After several attempts to get a refund, customer service just kept saying it was marked as "delivered" and couldn't do anything about it. They obviously dropped the orders at the wrong house, I had asked several times for photo proof of the deliveries which they could not provide. The staff member was very helpful and told me to stop by before 9 PM. However, when I showed up, another staff member told me that they could only hold the bottle up to two hours and my bottle was sold to another customer. Get on down to BevMo. This Sunday is Cinco de Mayo AND Game of Thrones! I am ready! I used my handy BevMo app to order my Game of Thrones Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. In less than one hour my bottles were ready for me to pickup. If you have not tried shopping online or in person at this store, I can describe it as an adult candy shop! Beers are on one side, next aisle over you will find hard liquors organized by type (Rum, Tequila, Vodka, Whiskey, etc.). Toward the center are wines from all regions of the world, reds, whites, blends, etc. On the other side store are all the mixers that you could ever dream of. But that's not all, there is a refrigerated section along the back wall with cold cases of booze. Along the side wall is a small refrigerated section of chilled cheeses and caviar. Throughout the store are various munchies, like canned nuts, bags and boxes of chocolates, chips and pretzels. I know I am not naming everything because this is merely a snapshot to peak your curiosity and head on over to see for yourself. The order was supposed to be delivered between 1 and 2 pm. It never was delivered. I had to call them 3 times just to get an update. The driver lied and never delivered it or there was never a driver. The only advice the representative was to cancel my order and reorder it for another delivery. I love Bevmo! The place to go to get yourself some great adult beverages is definitely here and also stock up on some wine during their 5 cent wine sale (occurs throughout the year so if you miss it, it won't be too long til the next one), which they are currently having right now (as of yesterday when my husband and I came here). The Bevmo is located in the Marketplace Plaza that has other stores like Petco (or was it Petsmart? I get those 2 mixed up often) and Golden Spoon. There is plenty of parking as well. Anyways, the Bevmo is a little smaller than a few other Bevmo stores that I have been to. Also this Bevmo does have free tastings on Friday evenings and Saturday late afternoons, but with a minimum purchase though. When we came by here yesterday (after 8:30 pm), we were greeted by an employee behind the register and another one on the floor while we were browsing the aisles. I was interested in learning more about Scotch/Whiskys and the staff made me feel more empowered to choose the right alcohol. The store has a warehouse feel and is clean. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions and give their opinions on what they like. Well...you definitely get the whole range from cheap to expensive, though if you're an alcohol person, you don't not want to come here for the cheap crappy alcohol. The BevMo prices are a bit high...so you'll want to go to some random liquor store or like Ralph's to get the really cheap stuff. The good thing about BevMo is that they usually have the more rare/unique alcohol in stock. So if you're in the mood to explore and try out new stuff...I really like BevMo. And since it's only been open for a month now, this location is very clean and organized. The staff is very attentive. I was looking for a brandy and one of the workers saw me circling around the aisles, so he asked if I needed help. Turns out that they didn't have it in stock at the time. So he waved down a manager, I'm assuming, and Ariel helped me call another BevMo to put it on hold for me. She stayed very patient after being on hold forever with the other store. In all fairness, I just go to the Bevmo in Marina Del Rey for cigars. Unfortunately, the cigars I've had have been stale and tasteless. I don't think they rotate out their stock, and the humidifier if there is one is inadequate. Cigars are behind the cashier counter which makes it awkward to see them. I found a really good cigar shop in Brentwood named Lone Wolf. Excellent selection and reasonable prices. I guess it's worth the drive. read more

I came in looking for a new flavor of Absolut Cilantro.Unfortunately they didn't carry it but, they did have this bad ass limited edition bottle of Absolut Mexico, so i picked that up instead. The store is on the small side but in general they have everything you need. The staff were all really nice & helpful. They also have free tastings every Friday evening & Saturday afternoon. This is a good time to try something new that you may normally not pick up. The only annoyance here was that they had some bottles locked up that were $20 - really tho? Locking up liquor is normally reserved for high end bottles, not a crystal head bottle of shitty vodka. One thing I DO love about this store is that they have a TON of mini's. I like buying mini's when I want to try something new but don't want to commit to a whole bottle yet. read more
