Went there for Christmas Eve. It is fully stocked with your favorite wines, beer, and liquor. If they don't have it on the shelves, they go out of their way to look for it in the back of the store, and if they don't have it there, they'll search which store in the area has it. The employees are nice and friendly. The service is great. I love the bogo sale. Buy one and get the other bottle for 5 cents. That deal is great. I go in knowing only the ingredients I need, and come out feeling like a connoisseur, like I'm that high end bartender in the back who makes his own mixers. I came in here to check out what kind of tequila they sold. I wanted to experience the same quality and variety I did like when I visited Jalisco, Colima, and Mexico City, but sadly I was disappointed. They have various selections of tequila. But the prices are very high. For those of us that collect tequilas like the finest wines in Napa Valley, paying high prices is part of the game. I normally do not go to Bev Mo but I thought I would give it a try. I visited the one in Covina buy the Target and Walmart. My brother had bought wine there on one of his visits to this Bev Mo and wanted me to pick more of the same kind up. As I entered, I saw the wine display to the right so I proceeded to go get the wine. I did not find it so I asked the clerk who was stocking the wine if there was more. She looked around and said, "I don't see any". I then asked if there were any other wines like the one I was looking for. She then says hmmm...I don't know. I then proceeded to ask another clerk who was also in the wine section, and he said, "I don't know". And this is why I do not shop at Bev Mo. I've gone to another place (i won't mention the name) but they also sell wine along with every other type of alcohol you can think of, and they are ALWAYS so knowledgeable & helpful. Not only do they know their wines but their whiskeys and probably everything else in the store. I then asked for pomegranate juice and again, now a different clerk said I don't think we sell that. Well I go look in the juice isle and low and behold there it is! The only thing good about this store was the woman at the check out. After several attempts to get a refund, customer service just kept saying it was marked as "delivered" and couldn't do anything about it. They obviously dropped the orders at the wrong house, I had asked several times for photo proof of the deliveries which they could not provide. This is the worst store I've ever been to. I went to buy Woodford Whiskey. It's usually 54.99. The same price as Total Wine. I saw that the bottle did not have a price tag like everything else did. I went to the counter and the cashier says the price is 67.99. And it is always that price. I asked for a price match, and the told me that they can't do it cuz they sell their liquor at Cost. The employees are helpful, considerate, and actually make me laugh with their humor. They price matched a bottle of red wine that was at a lower price at Total Wine. I was impressed. We needed some champagne, some Moscato, some beer, some cabs, and most importantly Chambord for my 4 year old's birthday party... Yeah, I know, I know, it's his party but the adults had to have fun, too. While the price of the beer was slighy more expensive than say Walmart, it was oh so convenient to order everything online and have it waiting for me at a pick up time I chose. I got there just as they were opening and showed my confirmation email and ID, and I got a cart loaded with my order. It couldn't have been any easier. The only thing is, if you want a specific wine, like my wife did, you have to place your online order more than 24 hours in advance. This one location being that is fairly new is pretty empty therefore the workers are more than happy to help you out and find something you might be looking for. As I walked to cashier to pay for my bottle, I asked the cashier if this was a good wine. He said to his knowledge that it was a pretty good one, so I stuck with it.
