I must have had him move the houses 1/2 a dozen times trying to find the right spot for the houses and he was very patient and accommodating. He brought everything he needed with him down to the extension cords and found the perfect place to plug everything out of the way. He was also very punctual picking up everything up the following day and swift in doing so unlike the other company we used for concession machines. Will definitely be using him for future parties:-)

Elle worked with me to make my wedding happen during COVID, changing the venue from a hall with 150 people to my backyard with 50 people. At the end of it---it was the MOST beautiful wedding I have EVER been to! (I am biased, but I am also picky so for me to be 100% satisfied takes A LOT). I also cut my original budget in HALF by doing it that way. But seriously, my backyard looked like a page out of "Home and Garden" magazine. She took all the Pinterest boards I sent her and ideas and brought them to life! A lot of my family was surprised and was not expecting a backyard wedding to look the way it did. I saw their faces! My backyard was transformed into a magical place that was no longer my house, but one of those places you see people renting as an event space. Elle has it all a her disposal, she has event spaces, caterers, florists, photographers, bakeries, security, bartenders, clean up crews, tent renters, DJs, everything. If you find your own vendors, she will work with them too and help you with any GAPS. She is flexible and will ride with you on that roller-coaster. I changed my venue 4-5 times and she was with me all the way. She is not rigid like some places that want you to do it their way with their pre-set packages, vendors, and no room for variations. And a lot of places are like that, believe me, where you have to pick what's on their menu or nothing at all. She will also work with your budget and make it work. For those of you who like Puerto Rican food, she has the hook-up at multiple restaurants in Chicago. If not, she has other caterers she works with. She is the sweetest lady and I am in full support of her and her business.

I was completely blown away with the level of service and care we received. Bliss Weddings and Events went above and beyond!! Alma and her team did such an amazing job from the big to the small details. Alma met with us several times in the weeks leading up to our event to help us with things such as an overall timeline of events, organization of vendors, and set-up/take-down of the event. On the day of, Alma and her team worked extremely hard to make sure our wedding reception was seamless. We had such a wonderful time and have had so many friends/family compliment Bliss Events and Weddings too for their hard work behind the scenes. Alma is kind, professional, and really good at what she does. I could not recommend using Bliss Weddings and Events more highly. It would have been fine for a one day event, however I'd specifically asked if the arch would stay up throughout our two day event and was told it would without any problem. When I came to the event hall the next morning, I could see we were were in serious trouble. When I called I was told that the arch had been up for almost 24 hours and if I needed it for two days, they should have been notified. ??? I thought that was the conversation we had. When I asked them to help, they told me they couldn't get there until 7 pm that night (the event started at 7:30 a.m.). When I told them I would dispute payment, they basically said---too bad and then didn't show up to remove the arch (which they had been paid to do). My bigger issue was their attitude about not being willing to help, when we really had a problem on our hands. I would only recommend them for a very, very short lived event and don't look for much customer service.
