I originally was going to give them a five star rating, until I encountered the extremely rude lady on the phone. I was able to rent 4 tables for my son prom and had not one issue. They are great, but that rude ass lady not only was she snobby with me, but she rolled her eyes at my daughter for returning the tables 4 minutes late after she lied about the doors being closed exactly at 12 noon. I will never rent anything from them again based off her disgusting attitude. They were amazing, she ruined that. read more

What a great place to rent all sorts of party items. We have rented tables and chairs for two years in a row and the service is always really good! It's easy to work with the friendly staff, pickup is simple and the tables and chairs worked well for our events. They have all kinds of stuff like bouncy houses, yard signs, those huge characters for kids' parties, etc. We'll definitely be back. read more

I was very happy with the supplies and the service. The hours were clearly listed on their website and on their voice mail message. They use the internet to take orders online which I found very efficient and convenient. Right after I started my order online, I immediately got a quote via email which, again, reiterated the hours of operation as well as the terms of the contract. We picked up our chairs and table to save money so we had to drive around to the back. One person said they do not have their own inventory?? Well, when we drove around back for them to load our supplies, I saw a lot of chairs and other stuff - looked like inventory to me! Let me first start by saying wow. I called to inquire about chair rentals for a funeral repast. I knew from the greeting that I would have trouble with getting my needs met. The woman who answered the phone simply said "Yea how can I help you?" Since it is 9AM I say, "Good Morning, I'm calling to inquire about chair rentals." she says "Yes how can I help you?" ........ so at this point, I rephrase my statement, "Is chair rentals a service that you provide? May I have some information on that?" she just says "Yea, all that is online and you have to book online" I ask if she can give me some general information and she told me no and to look online. I have NEVER received this low level of customer service. I didn't even look online because this is obviously place where I don't want to do business with. I can only imagine to what extent the unprofessionalism would go had I decided to move forward. read more

Do NOT do business with Let the World Know for event rentals. Its a 3rd party contractor who does not have their own inventory for accurate inspection or review prior to your event. The owner is not easily accessible and only conducts business via email. If you need any rentals (tables, chairs, tents etc) for an event, please use AAA Rental in Markham, IL (who Let the World Know uses for their inventory). You will not be disappointed. read more
