Gabriela was incredible. This was last minute because the venue we booked was double booked and we had to improvise two days before the event. She was responsive, estimated the equipment needed, made suggestions based on the timing of the event as well as the mixture of adults and kids and provided a fair price. The delivery window moved around a bit but didn't negatively impact anything. Definitely ensure you count the equipment when it is delivered. Our delivery was late. They were dragging the tables down the stairs and when I requested they stop, they talked back. They broke the door damper to our building by propping it open and in turn we were charged over $344 by our association. When trying to get this company to reimburse us for the charges, they "sent" the check by fed ex only to get an envelope with no payment and just a copy of the invoice. They said they would promptly get back to me which they did not and said they would deliver payment. When they did, they brought the amount to our home in cash, which was short $4. While Fiesta Party's rates were by far the lowest I could find, unfortunately we felt like we were getting what we paid for, in a bad way. The delivery of the tables and chairs were well outside of the delivery range provided, not to mention that I had to reach out to the company to figure out where the delivery was - they did not proactively contact me to notify me of a delay. The delivery guy said it was due to a truck issue, while the woman on the phone said it was because they were still setting up another party. The tables and chairs eventually arrived by van, not truck, and were quite dirty with remnants from previous events still taped and splattered on the surfaces. The pick-up for the tables and chairs was also delayed, once again without any sort of advanced warning. If you do not need your order to arrive right on time, Fiesta Party is a good budget option. However, if you need clean tables specifically by a certain time, I would recommend looking for another vendor. read more

This company was the least expensive quote we received for rental of a 10x10 tent, 10x20 tent, 12 -8ft tables and 70 chairs. Delivery was 6 hours late saying their truck broke down. This is no excuse as you manage your own truck fleet. Upon delivery they requested to pick up the table at 7am the day after the party. Knowing there would be a lot of clean-up, we compromised at 8am pick up. It was raining that morning and pick-up did not occur to 2pm. We recently used Fiesta Party for a tent, chairs and tables for a graduation party. Cannot say enough great things about them - quick response, fantastic service and pricing that put everyone else to shame. Gabriela was responsive to our questions and needs. We made some last-minute changes and she handled them perfectly. I also loved the fact that they set up the morning of the party and took the tent down the next morning. I don't know if that's always the case but it was nice to have our yard back the next day. Also, with no tent, our drunk relatives were finally forced to leave since they no longer had shelter from the blistering sun (we don't let them in the house). We received lots of compliments from family and friends. The tent kept us shaded during the day and kept us dry when it rained at night. And it's perfectly constructed to set up lights, if you so desire. I put up a few LED strings and they did the trick. It looked like something out of "Frozen," just without the annoying snowman and Disney's usual phony girl-falls-for-the-good-guy ending. Also, the tent, chairs and tables looked brand new, not like they'd been sitting in a storage room in the basement of the St. Constance parish center for the past 38 years. My wife was especially pleased with the appearance of the tent, chairs and table, since aesthetics and appearance are very important to her. She's all about the eye candy. You'd know this if you saw me in person - she Svengalis the life out of me just to make sure I'm still the belle of the ball.
