Instead of fixing the issue, I was not provided any solutions, just a "you should cancel because our stock was wrong." No ship to home, no call when it is available, just a "you're out of luck" response. I don't think it's unreasonable to be treated more than just another number here to buy something. But instead, I just get brushed off to the side like I'm trash.

Our instructor did a really good job. She taught us all we need to know so that we'd be ready when we went to shoot. I actually felt I did pretty good. She went around and helped us individually while we were shooting. That improved my shot a lot. And I noticed it improved a lot of other peoples shots too. Ripped me off! I ordered a Mathews bow from him on…read more8/31/22, and paid for it. Since then, he's had a long list of excuses why I don't have the bow yet. At first plausible, now less and less so. Suddenly, his number is disconnected. I called Mathews and the rep says he cut and ran, leaving an empty store and no working contact number. Apparently several others have called Mathews about the same issue now. Per the Mathews rep, none of what Fred told me was true. I'm filing a police report. Apparently a great rep before, but this guy is a crook.

She also took the time to give my wife a couple pointers since it had been a minute since she last shot. Super patient, very friendly, excellent service all around! The facility itself was huuuuuge and very clean. The pricing on the equipment, arrows, etc was all very fair. They've got everything from starter/beginner equipment to higher end pro shop goods. The store itself is easy to get to, right off of I-10. There's a big emphasis on learning and leagues/instruction which looks awesome! Can't wait to go back.
