I have been a resident of Bexley at Tech Ridge apartments for a year now, but I have been a resident of Weinstein Properties since March of 2014. In July 2016, I transferred my lease from one of their properties in Virginia (Belmont Hills) to Bexley at Tech Ridge in Austin, TX The process was so smooth and easy going. Earlier this year I had to transfer to from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom because I got married. Allen, Catherine, Andrea, & Rachel in the rental office at Bexley at Tech Ridge made that experience so pleasant for me. I have enjoyed living in this community and anytime I need something from them they are more than happy to assist. Avoid this apartment complex at all costs. They are large by a joke. 1 bedroom apartment trying to raise from 1200 to 2100 on renewal. The renewal email is a joke too. "Hurry not to lock in this great 2100 price" the management team is also a complete incompetent joke. Non Smoke apartments always smell heavily of weed. The location is not great either, there are always fire trucks/sirens going off. Only move in if you literally have no other choice. read more

If I could rate lower I would.. please take note of my experience here if you are looking for an apartment as I have lived many places in Austin and the surrounding area and sure there have been pros/cons to each but Bexley at Tech Ridge is and becoming absolutely hands down the worst experience I've ever had. So bad I guarantee you I will never go to a Bexley again in the future especially this location after my lease is done... I should have listened and taken warning to the numerous bad reviews and very low overall rating they have about this place but decided to give it a anyway shot because of the move in specials offer and curb appearance. Literally THE ONLY REASON I ever even came to the Bexley in the first place was for the $500 move in special they had advertised all over their website specifically because I had a very large expense coming up and needed the break on bills the first or second month of moving considering all of the involved and unexpected costs that come with moving...Well check this out.. After coming for a tour and explaining what I was looking for and WHY we sat down in the office and picked out the two units available that HAD the $500 off first months rent move in special and were the supposedly the only 2 bedroom units available with the special. Later that night I go to fill out the application but could not find the units we discussed. So I put in a generic app and paid all the app and deposit fees just to get the ball rolling. Next day I called them only to be told both of the units were taken at the end of the previous day. They offered a different unit that had no move in special and different floor plan which I declined because it would not have worked with reasons stated above and it was the same price for less sqft. I immediately asked for a refund of my deposits and fees as I was going to look elsewhere. They said okay and that was that.. Then to my surprise, I received a phone call later that day from Bexley stating that one of the original units I was interested in was available again and great news the price actually dropped $50 a month and still had the $500 off first months rent! She said if you want it you need to sign the lease online ASAP so it doesn't get taken again. Cool so I agreed and went to sign the lease online.. when filling out the lease I did not see anything stating the $500 off special so I called back and explained that and was told don't worry about it we can fix that later but to secure the unit and take it off the market I need to sign the documents. so I did but made clear that I don't want the unit if it doesn't have the $500 off because that was the entire reason I came here in the first place. I was told not to worry and guaranteed it would be corrected soon. Few days pass I hear nothing back so I call and again was reassured not to worry. Move in day comes. I arrive to sign the final forms and get my keys again still not seeing anything about the special I stop the paperwork and tell the office that I want to make sure this is resolved or acknowledged before I sign anything else as it was the main reason I picked this place and I'm told once again not to worry and if that's what I was told then it's fine and they will correct it.. 2 weeks after I move in and numerous calls to the office for and update because I'm starting to feel sketched out that nobody has fixed what we talked about, what I was promised, and what I was guaranteed that would be corrected. Still nothing.... I finally go into the office and ask again about why I'm not seeing any credit and I'm again told they will look into it. I say okay and leave then I get a phone call from the office 5 min after leaving and say that there is no $500 off first month and that there never was for that unit and that I must have confused the different units( I literally have on paper written from their office staff saying this unit has the special) Also she stsays that the $50 a month lower rent is my deal!?!?! I explain that's not was I was told and that's not what was promised before signing the lease during signing the lease or for two weeks after signing the lease.... I ask to speak with the manager and I'm told that nothing else will be done and that she just talked to the property manager so it wouldn't change anything. Other info for people looking here.....the model unit they show everyone has lights and ceiling fans in all rooms- now that I'm locked into a 13month lease and was not allowed to see my specific unit before signing the lease, my unit has no lights at all in the bedrooms and only one bedroom has a ceiling fan and the other room has neither a light or fan.. funny thing is the rooms have all the switches on the the wall for lights and fans but no functionality. Why they would remove these basic amenities in a supposedly luxury apartment is beyond me and deceptive being I asked and made multiple comments about lighting and ceiling fans being very important. read more

I had issues from the very first day. First off- I was issued the wrong mailbox keys and it took 2 weeks to get the correct ones because "they didn't know why they wouldn't work". Secondly, I never got a gate card and that took another 3 months to get. Throughout my year there, the gates at the front broke AT LEAST 20x, someone was shot in the complex (yet they didn't accommodate all residents for that safety hazard), a new maintenance person was knocking on my door WEEKLY with work orders I NEVER put in myself (Very creepy being it was 2 females living alone), then the last month of me being there my whole building was infested with cockroaches and HORNETS!!!!!!!!!!!! The 3-4 management teams I dealt with in the 12 months I lived there were all very very unsatisfying. Still to this day, Tiffany, the manager has not responded to my email. No one answered my calls when trying to figure out the move out protocol so I was charged extra due to not knowing the appropriate measures to take. No one ever answered the phones, regardless. I do not recommend this complex to anyone. They may look decent on the outside- but once you're in, it's downhill from there. I had 3 other residents tell me they were so upset they resigned to this "hell hole" with all these on going issues. read more

Have been with Bexley apt for 3 years and rarely ask for anything and never late with rent. We have pets and also due to my wife being immunocompromised we requested to have new carpets installed at our expense. We the tenant offered to pay In full all expenses related to this request and was denied as Bexley Apt are unwilling to allow tenants to have new carpet installed even if tenant has offered to pay for this in full. This I believe to be unreasonable accommodation to with ADA and then needs of their tenants. UNBELIEVABLE AND POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. Starting this off by advising that I did not live here, my mom did, and there's no reason for the complex to respond me to dispute anything I'm saying. Don't waste your precious time. My mom lived for her 1 year, but in fact decided to terminate her lease early due to the MANY complaints she had, as well as did I, even without living here. Every week, for 5 weeks straight, the maintenance came in her house twice a week, for any random reason they believed. If i worked a lot in a week, my mom kept my kids for me and sometimes I'd stay the night because her house was closer to work than mine. Because of this, I guess in an attempt to accuse her of extra people living there, they said there were "water leaks." But instead, the maintenance men would come in, literally talk to my mom, and leave without checking anything. It got to the point that we joked we should cause a leak just because they thought there was one anyway. Second- why are there NO LIGHTS in the bedroom?! Zip, nada, none. It's not like the complex can't afford to install LIGHTS. That's the most asinine, cheapest BS I've seen literally anywhere Our downstairs neighbors were extremely racist- EXTREMELY- to the point that they called lied and told the complex he was trying to break in and was threatening them- jokes on them because the police they previously made a report to were there at that exact time and proved them wrong . However the complex did NOTHING. Yes they allowed my mom to terminate however they did nothing to reprimand the people below us, who in fact were the ones daily smoking so much that it came through the vents and beat their dog, but ya know. Regardless, she moved out, and we'll NEVER recommend this complex to anyone we care about- the very opposite will happen instead. read more

Choose to live here if this is the only option between this and being homeless. The staff is a revolving door so don't expect much when it comes to getting anything fixed or answered. They will literally laugh in your face when you voice any concern about anything. Especially Nestor, which seems to be the female staff's "Body guard". When ever they don't know anything or expect any type of static they will throw him on the phone. Also be sure to always check your monthly bills. They will double charge for utilities and if you don't catch it, its your fault. Five years we were stuck there through floods, covid and nothing was fixed without being called in 2-3 times. Can't believe what they are charging people to live there nowadays. Hopefully they disclose that they had a man shot in the face by the front gates (that are always broken) as recent as a few months ago. read more

Do not move to these apartments!! They do not care about their residents AT ALL. My A/C has been broke since Friday and no one seems to care. It has reached 100 degrees in my apartment. I had to rent an Airbnb because it was so hot I wasn't able to stay in my apartment. Outside was cooler then the apartment. Maintenance did not help! Leasing office did not help. They are full of it over here. Leasing office is very unprofessional! Spoke with Valorie in leasing office she was not concerned at all. And she very sarcastic! She also informed me that their was no corporate number to call. Just to email them & they will email corporate which I know isn't correct. These apartments are also infected with roaches. I caution any potential renter to read this review. This place has massive professionalism and safety issues. 1. We had an onsite sho*ting incident a few weeks ago. No update to the community. But since it was on a sidewalk, we can only guess that its drug related. (google it) 2. There are block parties here during a pandemic. Dont believe me? Go out on a warm Friday or Saturday evening and go to the mailboxes, youll see the parties in dual garages. 3. No one answers their emergency line. This is by far the worst. It doesnt ring to a manager, instead if no one answers it goes to corporate. Corporate answers, doesnt take notes, then transfers you back. but guess what, no one answers. In fact, Ive called the emergency line multiple times for safety issues, and guess what, no one ever answers it. Ever. Leave a VM? Good Luck getting a response before the incident is over. Want some examples? 1. We had a fist fight outside my apartment a few months ago involving tenants in an apartment above me. Tried calling the line and it just rang forever. 2. Just yesterday there was an extremely large verbal alertaction outside my apartment, to the point it impacted by ability to work. Guess what, I called the line, and no one answered. Shocker, right? This place reeks of unprofessional. Ever since they got bought out, I dont know what happened. Cuts to staffing? If not its a management issue and someone needs to go. read more

In response to what Bexley wrote back: I was not even present when the walk through was done on my apartment. I have photos and video of the carpet and entire apartment. There is no pet damage to the carpet. No one worked closely with me to do a walk through and the charges have been a huge surprise, to say the least. Also regarding the theft, there was one email that went out to the community to acknowledge the bikes that were being stolen. I got no other correspondence from Bexley. After posting my review I was contacted by a previous tenant who saw the review. She told me the same thing happened to her and she was charged $300 for carpet replacement. This is not ok and I hope people read this and know what they're getting into!!! I am posting this review because I have been treated unfairly with regard to the carpet. Once I receive my final bill I will update again to report to everyone what they charged me for. I'll also post pics of my carpet so everyone can see there is ZERO pet damage. read more

FUCK Bexley at Tech Ridge. My car has been broken into three times without them giving a crap. They say they have a security guy roaming around... it's called GET SECURITY CAMERAS!!! I have to put my trash in my car to travel all the way to the other side of the complex where the 1 and only dumpster lies.. Now, they keep messing with my mail and returning it back to the sender. My husband and I moved in a little less than a year ago and our experience has been great here! The apartments themselves are beautiful and the grounds are kept pristine. We have had a couple hiccups here and there but the staff (Allen and Savannah especially) have been so helpful and communicated flawlessly in making sure everything is to our satisfaction. There are not words to describe how amazing our experience has been with Bexley so far, but I am going to do my best. My boyfriend and I recently moved from the SF Bay Area to Austin, and we were in a rush to find an apartment on short notice. We found what we were looking for with Bexley. I have to say we must have given the office staff headaches every step of the way, as we had hiccups with the application and then we needed a lot of extra attention because of the distance of our move - we ended up arriving after a 36 hour drive at 1am and Jana, Allan and the rest of the office staff were more than happy to assist us and accommodate our crazy schedule. We are both deeply grateful for the sincere and genuine response we have received from the office staff and this is the first time we have experienced anything like it. The complex itself is fantastic. Everything is new and completely updated. We have all updated GE appliances in our apartment - including a Washer/Dryer! The security of the gated community makes us feel safe, and how easy it is to live here makes it very homey. We decided to transport all of our furniture in a POD because of the long-distance move and this was so easy to arrange and we had no problems with the drop off or pick up. The parking lot is first come first serve but we have never had a problem finding spots- it's usually quite empty during the weekdays. The pool is gorgeous. The gym is gorgeous. Everything is beautiful and it is a pet friendly community! So our cat is very happy :) Thank you again Bexley, we couldn't be more appreciative of everything, and thank you for providing us an excellent new place to call home! read more

Liked. Liked the pool. Yet, everything else has become a disaster. Four times or more,we have worked on the washer, a stacked dual setting washer and dryer. Multiple maintenance requests were ignored. Nonetheless, it became a major issue for the building owner. Throughout our time spent here, multiple noise violations coupled with the occasional aroma of illicit drugs were presented within our building. Also every time we visited the dog park, we encountered a major infestation of fleas. Pertaining to the residents and management, communication seemed to be lost. There was a lack of sincerity and understanding. Even during these times of struggle, empathy presented itself in the form of eviction letters and threats to remove residents. even though we kept in contact and understood the circumstances and Tre expectations. read more

I've read some of the reviews here and yes, apartment living can be rough sometimes, but my experience with Bexley @ Tech Ridge has been great. When we've had problems, whether it's with neighbors or other issues the staff takes care of it quickly and efficiently. I recommend this place highly. Really surprised at all the bad reviews here! Not discounting anyone's experiences, but mine was pretty decent. I lived at Bexley for three years (moved out earlier this year) and initially moved in when Bexley was The Springs. Staff - I very rarely had to deal with the front desk, management, or maintenance, but when I did, it was all generally positive. I was lucky in that I didn't have many maintenance issues, and the ones I did have were resolved quickly. I can't speak to those who said maintenance just seemed to barge in - I was always at work when they came. For both maintenance requests and inspection notices, they do always advise to plan to keep your pets secured if you are worried about them getting out when maintenance arrives. Inspection notices went out about two days or so before the fact. Cleanliness - Grounds always kept neat and tidy, though after it would rain, mulch could run on the sidewalks (nature). People are generally good about scoopin' the poop, though occasionally management would send out email reminders. I did not have grass around my building, so if people were being discourteous re: pets, it didn't affect me too much. Can't speak on breezeway cleanliness - I had a front-facing first floor apartment and never needed to use the breezeway entrance. Safety - Single female here, never felt unsafe in this complex. It was always very quiet, and sometimes I would go for a walks in the evenings. There were some instances of theft (mainly disappearing bikes) which the complex always communicated to us. When I left, Bexley had recently installed fancy package lockers which was cool. Mostly families and young professionals in this complex, I think. Noise - Complex was pretty quiet, but I do agree that I could always hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around or... rolling a bowling ball???? I don't know what they were doing up there haha, but you couldn't miss the sound. It didn't disrupt or keep me up, so no worries. Rarely heard a peep from my next door neighbors though! Bugs - very few and/or very small, happy to report! There was only one time out of three years that I had a large roach in my room (traumatizing, cat was no help). I was worried being on the first floor, but it turned out pretty good. If you're really worried, you can put in a request to have your apartment sprayed. Carpet replacement fee - I got one too on move out, and I thought I'd left it in good condition as well. So heads up, I'm thinking they do it no matter what based on these reviews. I had a one bedroom, so replacement fee was like $59. I never really used the pool or gym, so can't comment on those. Hopefully this was a nice, comprehensive review for the anxious apartment renter (which I am). Bexley was my first apartment/independent living situation so I was ready for a horror show. We moved here 2 months or so ago and I am so glad we did. The office staff is so friendly and the maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and gets things done. I was hesitant on moving to an apartment but am pleasantly surprised how quiet and nice this community is. My apartment when I moved in was nice, clean and had no issues. The grounds are always clean and they have many dog stations around that are well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. read more

I have lived here for almost two years and would not recommend this place. My first few months were great and I had no issues but that quickly changed and only continues to get worse. Once my lease is up, im leaving as quickly as possible. Here's a list of issues I have seen: -grounds by the water reserve area are constantly covered in poop behind buildings/near sidewalks. They are aware of this as they put up signs to ask people to clean up after their pets, but this is ignored by residents and most days it feels like a mine field. The areas where they walk perspective residents is coincidentally clean. -dog park is regularly filled with poop and grass has been overgrown. -dog waste bins have overflowed and remained this way for days and waste continued to build. -the single trash compactor is not big enough to cover the residents and trash excessively overflows every week. It gets so bad it blocks the entrance to the compactor. This isn't an issue with outside people "dumping" their trash. It's an issue with planning a community. -if you arrive after 8pm, good luck finding a parking spot. (Common issue for most apartments) -the breezeway door for my building had been broken for most of my time here and just got fixed yesterday. With this fix, the locks were changed but I was not notified. They state an email was sent but no such email exists. Also no flyer was sent out. - my key card to enter the gate/gym was not registered for the gate but worked for the gym. I took it to the office in early december 2019 and was told that I would have a new one the next day. It is now February 4th and I still had not heard back or received a new one. Went to the office and was told that there's an issue with getting new ones and I was then put at the bottom of the waitlist even though I've already been waiting two months. Apparently the staff member made no note for my issue the first time. I was also told incoming residents don't even have a key card yet. No timeline for receiving one btw. -gym is "24 hours" but only with a key card(see above comment). Their solution? I was told to ask around and see if another resident has a working key card to get in after office hours bc they (the staff) won't be able to help. -staff is rarely available to answer the phone so the only way to contact the office is through email or in person. (Phone rings once then immediately tells you to try again and hangs up). -front gate regularly breaks Reading how the complex responds to similar issues, sitting down with me to "come up with a plan of action" isn't necessary as most of these complaints are community/staff complaints. It's not professional to put the solutions for these matters on a resident or to contact me to come up with ideas. -I am not a groundskeeper and it's not my responsibility to ensure the areas remain clean. Reading over reviews, people have complained about dog waste for quite a while. -I am not building maintenance. Since maintenance regularly enters the buildings, it's obvious they are aware when a door is broken/remains broken for over a year. -Staff needs to be accountable when working with someone to address issues/follow up when they say they will. -Solutions to problems (especially amenities) should be timely and never have an unknown ETA for a fix. Also, the office needs to be proactive and think about all aspects of a problem. Ex- If keycards are having issues being created, what overall impact does this create (how is a key card used) and what solutions can be made without telling your residents to "ask around". It should be embarrassing to not think things through or be prepared. -Get a real trash solution. read more

Wow. Awesome place to live. We really feel blessed to have such a caring, professional, courteous, responsive, and cool management to work with at Bexley at TechRidge. Our awesome experiences began with our first interaction with Raechel B. at the leasing office who was very respectful and culturally cognizant. I respect that. She went the extra mile to ensure that our budget and needs were met for our new home and she maintained a proportional balance of follow-ups and periods of silence. Awesome! Once we moved in, she checked in on us to see if everything was going ok and if there were things that needed to be addressed. We brought some issues to light (maintenance related) and her team was right on it the next day! Ok, we thought this was the "honeymoon phase" which would dwindle away in a week or two. I'm glad that we were wrong on that! The management continues to be responsive to all our requests, inquiries and truly take action on the feedback we provide after service requests. That to me is the icing on the cake -- actually implementing change when you receive feedback regarding ops, not just creating a file and tucking it away in some dusty cabinet. The community is always clean, the garbage areas are well maintained (no overflow, leaky messes, stinky pest infested spots etc.. yuck!) the landscaping is done well, and the management is constantly trying to improve the place. They recently did upgrades to the gym with new equipment and are now updating the dog park! Thats awesome Weinstein properties! (Bexley management) The maintenance crew are very courteous and also culturally cognizant. Not what you normally experience. They understand and honor our requests for timings and dos/donts etc. Good job! Overall, by God's grace, our experience has been immaculate so far and I have full faith that the team here -- Raechel, Allen, Jaimee, Sarah etc will continue to keep doing what they do best.. keeping us happy! Let me start off by saying the apartments are nice. The maintenance crew is friendly and fast. The front office people answer the phone and questions. Some with more attitude than others, but none the less questions get answered. Security here is a joke, both at night and during the day. Someone was shot here not to long ago in the morning and no one moved out. An email was sent out to the residents saying it wasn't a resident...ok. If the office paid any attention, the guy was here 24/7. Even the people that he lived with are still here. Who's to say no one will come back? The grounds are flooded with dog poop and the manager just says she's having new signs made. The night time security officer was caught sleeping in his car with his phone in his hands. He had to be woken up so he could do his job and ask people to quiet down at 1-2 in the morning. Why even have a security guard. Why not just issue a gun to residents for those just in case "non resident" instances. Do yourself a favor and think twice. read more

I have left multiple reviews of this complex over time including issues and solutions from the front office, but after recent events I am absolutely done with this complex. I'll start with the fact that my car was recently broken into for a THIRD time. I am not the only one who has been broken into, read reviews and ask around. No cameras have ever been put up to deal with the issues happening here. Next is our "Locked," breezeway isn't locked and with the rise in crime I really wish that is was locked. Instead, the door frame has exposed wires coming out and pieces of the door frame and where the door latches are on the window sill next to the door. It has been this way for MONTHS, despite maintenance walking by almost daily and obviously noticing it at some point. Next, our neighbors are chain smokers who sit in the breezeway and smoke cigarettes, yes my building is not a smoke free building but using the stairs as your own personal ashtray is a little excessive. He does this every single day even though he has a balcony he could use and the entire hallway smells like smoke entire hallway REEKS like cigarette smoke. The ground used to be kept clean and tidy but now weeds are overgrown onto the sidewalks and there is trash and plastic bags literally against every fence that the wind traps them against. This complex has beautiful floor plans, a great price and convenient location but the downhill spiral in just over a year is shocking. This complex is disgraceful with zero, integrity. I subleased my apartment from my leasing agent who already had a roommate. When moving out i found out my roomate had assaulted my girlfriend and several of her friends. I can no longer find him, and have filed a police report. After paying my share of move out fees to my predator roomate(before I knew anything), I later found out that it wasn't paid and contacted the property manager, and corporate collections. Savannah the manager the first time i spoke gave no apologies or asked how anyone was doing. Further she suggested I reward her assaulter and pay his share twice. Corporate collections stated the same. The second time the manager contacted me, i received an extremely poor almost mocking apology to myself again zero regard for victim. Again reward an assaulter, and a unfulfilled promise to back with me on the texas family code, on how they were in the right. I was there looking for rent they are very kind and nice , even the maintenance guy was very helpful. It's a nice place to live.!!!

I have lived in the complex for a little over a month now and it has been WONDERFUL to say the least. You can tell that Bexley really cares about their residents and their living experience. Catherine and the entire office staff are amazing and send out regular communication about events, as well as any emergency notifications we should be aware of. The apartments themselves are super nice and are very well kept. The dog park is great, and everyone is super friendly. This complex truly feels like a little community. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

0 stars. Worst apartments I've ever lived in. First of all it should've been a red flag to us when Ruben (a former employee) talked this place up and showed us a model apartment far from any road and couldn't show us any apartments by a road or we weren't able to even see our apartment until we moved in.. (stupid on our part) but assured us you can't hear the road and that it'll be fine and that he also lived in one of these apartments by a road and never had a problem. We move in and the place is not properly cleaned we found toe nails in the bathroom floor from previous owners for god sakes! If you live in a apartment by Parmer it ALWAYS sounds like I35 is outside your window! and you hear your neighbors conversations with the very thin walls. After moving in our dryer didn't work for about 3 months after multiple calls to management and them never finding issues. The office staff seems to also have high turn over rate and never seem to want to help with any issues going on or want to call you back, you have to definitely follow up with them about any issues. Parking is terrible if you live anywhere up front. The gym & pool is nothing great, you can find a better place for the same price. And don't be surprised if you get hit with a ridiculous bill when you've already moved out.. I could probably go on about all the little problems we've had with this place, and I know apartments have their problems but this one I would definitely not recommend to anyone. read more

After I posted my original review the members of the Bexley team reached out to me to discuss my concerns. They assured me that all of my concerns would be addressed through one way or another. - The coyotes disappeared shortly after the Bexley team member reached out to me. - We have not had anyone enter our apartment without receiving notice ahead of time, although I was informed that we had a note added to the system for our apartment requiring that we were called ahead of time before anyone entered the apartment. I'm not sure why this is necessary to receive prior notice when someone is going to enter our apartment. -Bexley continues to keep their residences poorly informed about matters regarding the property or community. In my previous review I mentioned them not notifying us when construction was scheduled. More recently, along similar lines, the keypad for front gate to the complex stopped working. The keypad has been broken for at least the past two weeks, but this has not been communicated out to the residents at all. This has caused traffic to backup since people are not able to open the gate using the keypad. We notified the front desk when we realized it was broken and they told us they already knew. Since then there has been no attempt to notify residents either by putting a sign on the keypad saying that it is out of service, or by sending out an email. -Since my previous post Bexley has made significant changes/updates to the outward facing landscaping on the property. This allows the property to look nice for potential residents, but doesn't fix any of the problems for existing residents. Much of the mulch and soil had been washed away leaving a 6 inch drop from the side walk into the mud along our sidewalk. Not only is this incredibly unattractive it is also dangerous. Bexley addressed this by dumping a very small amount of mulch on top of the mud. The new mulch doesn't even entirely cover the area and it doesn't even come close to addressing the drop off from the sidewalk. The water has washed away so much soil that a ditch has been created next to our apartment, the ditch is so deep that we can see the underground wires supplying power to our apartment. Again, there was no attempt to fix this problem, they simply sprinkled some mulch on top and called it a day. After the experience we have had living in a Bexley apartment I would never recommend any complex that Bexley owns to someone looking to rent an apartment. read more

Bexley has really been a great place to live. Office staff goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. My only complaint (you know you have to have one) the DNA testing for your pets. I paid a large deposit, and swabbed my dogs mouth, and for what? I pick up my pets mess, but I don't know if it was worth it because their are a ton of tenants getting away with not picking up their mess. I'll continue to do the right thing, because it's the right thing to do! Maintenance is quick, and kind as well. I hope my stay continues to be pleasant. Thanks Bexley Staff!!! read more
